Apart from the scones, both plain and tomato, that is served with clotted cream and raspberry rose jam, there will be two towers of small bites, one containing the savouries such as the Chocolate Duck Rillettes made with Nespresso’s Origin Brazil coffee, Foie Gras Tart with Nespresso’s Peru Organic coffee and Truffle Kaya Toast with the Guatemala coffee while the other having all the sweets. The sweets’ trays will feature coffee-infused creations such as the Latte Gateau made with Peru Organic coffee, Vanialla Coffee Caramel Tart with Guatemala coffee and Coffee Chocolate Hazelnut Mousse with Peru Organic coffee. These Nespresso variations have been specifically selected to pair with the other ingredients in the creation of these bites.
In addition to these bites, diners will be served the lobster bisque and quiche lorraine before ending the meal on a sweet note with the soft serve ice cream with berries. Overall, we really enjoyed the high tea set for the unique creations and balance of flavours as you eat along the assortment.

I was really impressed with the buffet spread, starting with eight antipasti highlighted by Insalata di Capesante (Scallop Ceviche), Carpaccio di Manzo (Beef Carpaccio) and Insalata di Poldo (Octopus Salad), before moving onto a selection of Italian Gourmet highlighted by oven-baked pizzas featuring the Signature Funghi & Formaggio as well as favourite pastas from Risotto Al Nero Di Seppia Polpo (Squid Ink Risotto) and the traditional Pasta Alla Puttanesca from the city of Naples.
Round up the scrumptious Italian feast with a symphony of Specialty Italian Stews from the luscious Zuppa di Pesce (Seafood Stew) to an Italian Mussel Stew and Italian Beef Stew.
For lovers of Italian desserts, Executive Pastry Chef Edina Si showcase a decadent dessert installation that calls for seconds. Yum yum! A restaurant located on level 1 of JW Marriot Hotel Singapore South Beach, keep conversations lively through bold flavours with their Get Social Set ($48++). The set features their signature Mussels Italian Style with Toast and Butter Herb Sauce, along with the Chilli Crab with Homemade Mantou, which had Burppler Maureen Ow singing high praises for the "signature Chilli Crab with homemade mantou that stays piping hot in its stone bowl. If a buffet doesn’t serve up whole roasted turkey during Christmas season, is it really Christmas? Beach Road Kitchen, just like every other self respecting buffet restaurant out there, has a full bird on deck. However, unlike many others this year, they’re keeping it pure and taking the purist approach instead of adding mala spices, marmalades or what have you to the turkey.
Taste wise, it’s bang on target. It’s satisfyingly savoury and the skin is a riot of redolent herbs & spices that would put the Colonel out of commission. Unfortunately, they decided to shred the turkey meat instead of having a guy behind the line slicing it to order, and as such, most of the moisture is lost.
Also, without any thick, tantalising gravy, or cranberry sauce, or stellar stuffing to accompany the turkey, the turkey felt decidedly incomplete and lacking. It’s still a decent bird for the night, but it could be a lot more fulfilling.
You know it’s Christmas when Michael Bublé & Mariah Carey come out of whatever cave they’ve been hibernating in to terrorise the living crap out of your eardrums, and when buffets start to deck the halls with Christmas sweets.
Beach Road Kitchen does desserts exceptionally well, and their dessert delights are downright decadent. Their mince pies (fruit, not beef mind you), apple crumble, and pear tarts are compellingly Christmas-y, and will have you Ho-Ho-Hoing out the door.
Great for dinner with foodie friends is this buffet spot along Beach Road, where you can find authentic international cuisine. You'll find everything from European cold cuts and cheese to spicy curries, Singaporean staples and even wood-fired pizzas. Seal the meal with something sweet at their dessert bar — the community loves their light and fluffy Strawberry Shortcake packed with berries, as well as the delectably sinful chocolate fudge cake.

Missed their wood fired oven pizzas due to limited tummy space. Their desserts are quite good so do leave some space for it! Quite an enjoyable buffet dinner

Indonesian specialities buffet that is created by guest chefs from The Ritz-Carlton Bali 😍 I love Indonesian cuisine and I must say they cook every dish really well. There is a great variety of food and my favourite will be under the grill section - pork & satay! Till now I am still craving for it, the pork is juicy and the char taste is 💯 Ok I love almost all the meat they have at the buffet spread #guilty.
Another thing that's on the menu (& my mind) that I like would be the prata! Although this item is not under the specialities, I was blown away by how buttery and soft it is! And yes don't worry, their regular buffet line is still available 😂 be sure to check out their fresh seafood (which are located in this chill room look alike) and see how they prepare your oyster fresh 👍🏻 P/S you can make your own laksa and salad tooo!
Anyway the good thing about this place is that the food are located almost everywhere; so you need to walk around for food... which means digesting a little before you get your second/third/fourth serving 😜

Beach Road Kitchen Strawberry Shortcake 🍰 Fell in love with it the moment I saw it at the buffet spread! I love how the cake is filled with all the berries that I love. And most importantly there's strawberry in every layer. The cake is soft and fluffy, not too sweet and the cream is light. Perfect dessert even after a generous spread of buffet hehe #myheartapprove for sure.
