Beef Enchilada - 3 baked beef enchiladas topped with ancho sauce, melted cheese, chopped cilantro and house-made corn and black bean salsa with citrus-chile rice and black beans. The Enchiladas went well with a glass of Hoegaarden - a Belgian wheat beer - light, fruity and refreshing.
Traditionally a form of American finger food, but these chums are loaded Mexicano-style. Within a crisp deep-fried blanket - which tastes and feels almost like a thick and layered fried tortilla - hides a mixture of smoked chicken, black beans, corn, jalapeño jack cheese, capsicums and spinach. The richness of black bean paste is what ultimately shines through, just slightly diminished when slathered in their accompanying avocado ranch!
Massive throwback to my childhood...nothing beats the nostalgic taste of a handcrafted burger from a family diner like Chili’s! The Southern Smokehouse burger is precariously stacked like a half-completed game of jenga; strips of smoked bacon, crisp spiced panko onion rings, pickles and veggies are balanced atop an ovoid beef patty that is almost completely encapsulated in a molten sheet of strong-tasting cheddar! The patty (and what really defines a burger imho) is simply bursting with a mixture of oils and natural juices, and taking a satisfying chomp will reveal a tender and moist pinkish core! With such a savoury burger, the bland fries and seasoned zucchini were relegated to the background. Not that it matters cuz we’re here for the burger anyway!!

Grilled steak, chicken and shrimp was my chosen 3 for this fajita trio. It comes in a sizzling hot plate, the aroma opens up my appetite as the waiter was approaching. It is to be eaten like a wrap with the flour tortillas and sauces that comes along with it, but my personal preference is to have it just like that as a side to my main.
A list of options available to select 3 starters from, here are Boneless Buffalo Wings, Craft Burger Bites and Southwestern Eggrolls. Wings were really sour, so I would not suggest choosing this option. The burger bites and southwestern eggrolls were better than average, with the burger having juicy tender meat and the eggrolls is kind of addictive.
Packed with beans, queso, seasoned beef and cheese, these chips tastes so good I would recommend it. Also the crispiness lasts up to a good few hours if you are having it as takeaway.
Tender pulled pork in a sweet, tangy BBQ sauce. I thought the onion rings and sliced onions complemented the pork perfectly. A little oily cause of bits of fat in the pulled pork, but nothing excessive.
One of the best lava cake I had till date. It may seem overpriced ($15) but it's definitely worth paying for 👍
Warm chocolate cake with chocolate fudge filling. Topped with vanilla ice cream under a crunchy chocolate shell
The sauce was too thick. I had to add in some sour cream from my fajitas to 'dilute' it. Will definitely not try this again should I dine at Chili's in future

We’ve made tacos, burritos, quesadillas and enchiladas at home before but it never taste quite the same 🌮. Anyway, the Enchiladas went well with a glass of Hoegaarden - a Belgian wheat beer - light, fruity and refreshing.

Texas Cheese Fries (SGD$14.90) topped with smoked bacon, jalapenos, green onions and cheese; served with ranch-made dressing on the side. What surprised us was the fries served on sizzling hotplate so the thick cheese continued to melt onto the crispy fries; making this appetizer utterly delectable.
