有黑松露本身和黑松露油,黑松露味道非常浓郁,吃起来感觉很高级。不过饼底较厚,不是我喜欢的薄脆类型。

Honestly disappointed. Personally feel that the crust was too soggy and truffle taste did not come through as robust and intense as I would have liked. It wasn’t bad, but either was it good either.

Perhaps it has been overhyped and my expectations has been set really high for this. Won’t be returning for this for sure

Thin crust and generous truffle topping! It taste good but the price tagged at $34 is a bit too pricey for this pizza.

The @dempseycookhousenbar.sg's black truffle and fontina cheese pizza is amazing! Probably in my humble opinion the best truffle pizza in Singapore. You can either order it as a main or share it like us. Loved every bite of it! So good.

Elegantly outfitted in black and white and accented with lush greenery, The Dempsey Cookhouse & Bar is spacious and chic, and definitely one of the prettiest spots in town — bring the girls for lunch, or file this away for an intimate date night. There are tons of delicious dishes to try here, but one of our favourites has to be chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten's signature Black Truffle and Fontina Cheese Pizza ($28). Cooked in a cherry wood oven, the pizza is smothered generously with black truffle paste from France and topped with black truffle shavings — what an indulgent treat! As for the crust, Burpple Tastemaker Jonathan Wong describes it to be "soft and fluffy, with crispy charred bits, and extremely thin; you could eat more of the pizza without being filled up". The pizza is available on their lunch, dinner as well as weekend brunch menu.

Of course I had to order this signature of Chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten. And it was everything I hoped it would be.
The crisp and light crust was the result of time spent in the cherry wood-fired oven. And smothered over it was a generous amount of black truffle from France. Not only in paste form but shaved as well. The fontina cheese was perfect in its supporting role as it added a touch of creamy saltiness. I also liked the small pile of frisée in the middle - it helped to cut the richness beautifully.
What surprised me most about this dish though was the lower-than-expected price point. Two slices are filling so I recommended ordering this to share.
