Fries are lightly spiced, crisp and home. It style. Some say it's like mcdonald's Twister Fries in taste.

Taiwanese fried chicken that's claimed to be the best from Taiwan, using only fresh chicken.
Salted egg is pretty sweet, but has good salty egg flavour. Chicken is crispy and well marinated, also doesn't taste overly salty despite having the sauce.
Earl grey (S$2.50 UP, add S$0.50 for drink change in set) is a bit different, being sourced from Sri Lanka. The bergamot is a bit stronger than I am used to for Earl grey.

I love fried chicken so I'm always glad to find new places that are good. Had the Running Jimbo set ($7.30), which is chicken thigh with fries and lemon kumquat drink. The drink is very refreshing - sweet, sour & tangy. The chicken and fries were piping hot, seems like they were freshly fried. The chicken is delicious, crispy on the outside yet juicy and well-marinated on the inside. The batter is not excessive, the chicken is not dry, and it was surprisingly not very oil. A very good fried chicken in my opinion. Fries were cajun, which were a nice surprise (the menu picture was small and I couldn't see it clearly enough to tell). Will definitely come back for more.
Juicy and spiced with paprika and plum under the batter, which is nice, but the batter is a little thick. More a stylistic difference really I guess!

It also helps that a full meal with sides and drinks is affordably priced under $8. There are four options available. Flying Jimbo ($3.80) comes with two chicken wings, Running Jimbo ($4.80) with a massive chicken thigh, Lovely Jimbo ($5) with a chicken breast cut and shaped like a heart and Cutey Jimbo ($4.80) with 200g of fried chicken cubes. Our Burpple community loves the very addictive Cutey Jimbo chicken cubes for the juicy, tender meat and incredibly golden-crisp batter. Be sure to complete your meal with either some Onion Rings ($2.50) or thick-cut Crispy French Fries ($2) โ the fries batter reminds Burpple Tastemaker Cassie Ong of McDonald's twister fries.

Rather similar to Angel's - tasty skin but this was not as thick as Angel's. The Cutey Jimbo ($4.80) was mega tasty as well, super addictive that it was so dangerous that you can't stop popping them into my mouth. The only draw back was that the fried chicken a little too oily for my liking but overall very very good ๐๐ฆ๐ฆ๐ฆ
I'll choose those cuties over wings any day. Cooked only upon ordering, you'll keep popping these succulent chicken bits into your mouth. And those thick-cut Crispy French Fries ($2), the batter makes it taste kinda like McDonald's twister fries! Now I got another place to satisfy my fries cravings.
With four selections of chicken parts and two different flavours, my favoueite has gotta be Cutey Jimbo ($4.80)! So tender, so juicy, and the marination somewhat reminds me of ้ฟๅฌทๅฎถ็็ธ้ธก.. so homely ๐ฌ

Love their tasty and juicy chicken. Instead of sprinkling powder on the fried batter, they marinate the chicken beforehand. The batter was super crispy too. .

Chicken breast tends to be dry but this ๐Lovely Jimbo (S$5) is juicy and flavorful, thanks to their marination process. .

the place is small with only one communal table facing a wall of mirror ๐ (narcissistic) that could accomodate prolly 6 of me (depends on country, size ranges from S to XL ๐) I enjoyed the air con, mirror and the warm service. btw was given 2 Chinese New Year posters, yeah to freebies ๐ super auntie sia.

Well chicken is a must-eat in the year of rooster! Here comes the Fried chicken Master from Taiwan competing with other fried chicken!
