Capricciosa ($22)
Artichoke, Mozzarella, Mushroom, Olives, Parmesan, Prosciutto Cotto.

Their pizzas are pretty huge in serving size - definitely great for sharing. Quite a decent one here, and mushrooms are always welcome on pizzas 🤩. View is pretty great too, so do check it out!

[La Pizzeria]
Ravioli Spinaci E Ricotta ($24)
This dish is definitely not to be missed if you are there - and the best part of all, there's Burpple 1-1 for this! Do share this though, it's a really huge bread bowl of truffle mushroom sauce & spinach ravioli. There's only 6 ravioli, but it'll get you really full to finish this by yourself, especially with the bread to dip.

The view here is the selling point; on a sunny afternoon you can soak up the vibes of the small marina out in front. The food is good without being mind-blowing, but is decently priced for the large portions delivered. Ordered the primavera pizza (huge but a little too cheesy for my liking) and the dough covered ravioli, which was a delight to dip into the soupy mushroom sauce. Relaxing break and was fascinating to read the history of the yacht club and marvel at the century old trophy on display in the lobby.

I've reviewed this place countless times but isn't it #throwbackthursday ? Haha anyway, they don't have 1 for 1s on #burpplebeyond for mains any more (sadly) so I decided to try more dishes.

The calamari was definitely not some rubbery rings from a freezer. These were fried to perfection -- every tentacle was coated in a thin layer of batter, providing some extra crunch to each zesty bite.

We chose salty prosciutto and mild eggplant on top of this pizza and they went together so well! I can never get enough of how you can get this huge pizza and it's light crust for around $20.

This bread cover and pasta is def carbs lover fav! What a brilliant combo!! The tomato based basil Gnocchi filled with lots of cheese is another fav! Such a hidden gem to us westies!!
