Meeting my expectations is their Full Platter with 4 Regular Sides ($49.50+)! 💗 Always love their tender flame-grilled chicken 🐔 & PERi-PERi sauce 🌶 that takes it to a whole new level with its spicy kick! 🤤
.
Their wide range of sides are equally delightful - besides the usual fries 🍟 or wedges, you can also try their chargrilled veg 🥗, garlic bread, coleslaw, signature/spiced rice 🍚 or corn 🌽. The garlic bread was really good!
Gave their rice bowl a try and chose the Nandoca’s Choice Rice Bowl consisting of Signature Rice (nasi lemak), boneless thigh, grilled portobello mushrooms, and edamame corn salsa. While I believe their chicken is still good and the edamame salsa is a good touch, this meal had a few letdowns - I still really do not buy their replacement of Mediterranean rice with nasi lemak and their mushrooms were clearly burnt :( quite disappointing as I haven’t had Nando’s for a while 😅

Before I start, let me just say I queued PERI-PERI long for this chicken…😩
I am pretty sure they need no introduction. Originated from South Africa, @nandossg is famed for their PERi-PERi Chicken. Hence, we ordered 1/4 PERi-PERi Chicken with Fries and Salad. The chicken were grilled perfectly and tasted really juicy and tender.
Next, we build our own bowl of PERi-PERi noodles (aka mee tai mak) in a PERi-Laksa
sauce with Boneless Thigh plus Grilled Portobello Mushrooms and Chargrilled Veg, topped with Cheese Crisp. The Laksa sauce wasn’t spicy at all but the flavour was pretty good and pairs well with the noodles and the boneless thighs.
Though the meal was enjoyable, I wouldn’t wanna queue peri long for this.

For my last visit, I had tried the Mild and Lemon & herb sauce. Got braver this time round and we went for the HOT and MILD sauce! After training up my chilli tolerance level, the HOT sauce was tolerable for me!
I love how the chicken was grilled to perfection, very juicy and flavourful, wasnt dry at all! Overall, a very enjoyable meal! Their prices are affordable, and they are at nett pricing with no additional service charge!
The chicken are freshly grilled-to-order, cooked to juicy perfection and what makes Nando’s stand out is the PERi-PERi spices that they coat onto the chicken, which is a unique blend of African bird’s eye chilli.
The signature order for most will be the ¼ chicken with 2 sides ($15.90) and you can choose the varying spice heat levels from plain to lemon & herb to extra hot for the hotheads. You can pair the grilled chicken with sides such as PERi-PERi chips and corn-on-the-cob. What is unique in the Singapore’s menu are the PERi-PERi bowls that you can customize and build your own bowl with the accompanying sides that have been infused with Asian flavours. What I got is with two boneless thighs over a base of PERi-PERi Noodles ($14.90), which is our mee tai mak but in a PERi-Laksa sauce. The laksa might be slightly mild in terms of the flavour as it was to cater to the masses. I added on the Asian Slaw ($2) and Grilled Broccoli ($3) to complete the meal.

First time trying the boneless thighs with 2 reg sides ($15.90 NETT) - Super fuss free and easy to eat! Also the garlic bread and spiced rice were really yummy. Didn’t know Nando's offer all their dishes in nett prices, meaning no hidden service charge or GST, which is honestly a bonus given the restaurant-like ambience and service were not compromised
Nando's is now offering CHEESE with PERi-PERi.
Double Cheesy Thigh Burger with 2 sides only $15.90
Add on the Cheesy PERi-PERi Loaded Chips for $7.90
So delicious and value for money. Hurry, get Cheesy now! #GetCheesywithPERiPERi @NandosSG #sp
I didn’t realised it was NO SERVICE CHARGE until we made our orders! Save a lot of money ok!
Now with ordering at the cashier (see how Arielle goes to add on her French fries order 😝), it is so much quicker!
Ordered at 12pm, and finished everything in an hours’ time! Food came within 10 minutes top!
No easy feat with Arielle Ru Ru around ok!

The salad tasted fresh and it’s one of the lighter options for people who are concerned about keeping in shape and also enjoying their food. I didn’t feel deprived having this! $14.90
This is unlike the usual PERi-PERi which usually comes with the spicy element.
The tangy lime with the sweet mango makes a complementary contrast, and this will definitely be a hit for kids! Sauce is simply too addictive 🤤
😂 I could do with a roasted veggie wrap from @nandossg now! 👌🏻 Stuffed with salad couscous, goat cheese, red onion, brinjal hummus and a spicy red pepper dip. 😋 But I like it hotter, so I had mine with extra hot peri-peri sauce!😏
Extra spicy chicken with chips & coleslaw! It was spicier than what I've expected. The chicken meat was tender and the fries was crispy with less salt, just how I like it :)
Reasonable priced, hot as singapore's climate and although some of the fries were abit thick just like some thick-skinned singaporeans. Excuse me for the bad photography skills.
With lemon herb peri peri marinate and at the side: spinach with tomatoes and onions. Decent good meal.
Halal Portuguese flame-grilled Peri Peri Chicken with four choice of peri-ometer to choose from. Sauce abit sour but hey what matters is its chicken.
Very generous of Nando's to sponsor this for all GE Women's Run 2013 participants! Added 2 sides to my meal, and yes... I like it Extra Hot! *shiok* ;)
