The portion quite big so I never add anything anymore.
Value for money and so far I not tummy ache 😂.

We wanted to eat mookata again and tried other joints, but ended back here. This is an acceptably-priced buffet, isn't too crowded, has good variety, and warm staff. I ate my money's worth of dory. Chicken and pork belly were both good. I forgot to avoid their beef. The star was still the chilli mix. A good thing about mookata is if you're not full by the end, just whack the mama noodles.

Long queues during peak meal hours. The standard platter comes with a selection of chicken, crabmeat, egg, fishball, hotdog, pork liver, pork slices, prawns, squid and a side of vegetables such as enoki mushrooms, cabbage, kang kong and tang hoon.

The pork slices here are tender and well marinated and paired well with the sweet and sour chilli which is thicker and darker in colour. Since the meat alone can be a little bland, dipping it in some sauce can add a tangy flavour. I also like how the prawns are deshelled, making it so much easier to eat. Beef is also available for ala-carte order.

a lot less rowdy than their neighbour (golden mile complex), air-conditioned and surprisingly good ventilation! can’t really go wrong with this franchise

4⭐ Researched that this is one of the better mookata in SG hence we are here for dinner after playing the escape room nearby. Read online that the $32.90 nett buffet has a wide spread of food including oysters, flower crab, crayfish, ice cream, free flow of drinks etc. They collect the payment before starting the buffet and we were guided to a VIP room on the 3rd level as the 2nd level is full. We walked past many shops to a secluded area before reaching the VIP room which is actually an air-conditioned shop also own by them. Seeing many customers eating the mookata here calm our nerves and we are worried for nothing. 🤣 The food quality is quite fresh and we loves the crayfish and oysters 😍. We peel off the shell before BBQ so it cooks much faster, WB becomes an expert in peeling the crayfish. We ate till so full that I don't think I will eat mookata for the rest of this year. Bye Mookata, I really had enough. 😅

Certain types of meals, where you need to let loose, just gotta be buffets. Mookata is one of them. Among the free-flow ingredients were seafood, cha yen and instant mee. I never knew how to use the cheese until it met the instant mee haha. We didn't order the crab and crayfish, but their dory and peeled prawns were great. Among the meats, there's one beef, but it turned out low quality, so whack pork belly please. Great chilli mix!
