compared to the clementi outlet, this is more generous and has a HUGE chicken drumstick set!

This is not your traditional Nasi Lemak that comes with ikan Kuning, ikan bilis, peanuts and fried egg. This stall along Clement Road opens until late into the night, feeds the hordes of hungry NUS students with comfort food. You can choose from a huge variety of add on from the ubiquitous chicken wing to the exotic teriyaki chicken and grilled Saba fish, fried brinjal, Sotong balls, braised pork etc. Looks more like a Cai Png stall than a Nasi lemak stall. But this is nice for those who wants Nasi lemak with lots of other stuff. Their chilli which is sweet with not too much heat, goes well with the fragrant coconut milk infused rice.

Worth returning to even if just to try out what other add ons taste like with coconut milk rice.

Thought this was quite average. Rice had some coconut flavour but could be more fragrant, peanuts & ikan bilis was crunchy, fried chicken was decent, egg was q standard and chili had some heat to it but still relatively manageable. It’s okay la but nothing to shout about!

I think it’s nice but could just be the nostalgia speaking from my memory of suppers here during nus days. Saw some nus students when I was on the way here which made me feel quite old. Crab stick was the nicest item would recommend followed by the chicken wing. Fish is tasty but a bit tough won’t order again. Seaweed chicken normal.
Tehbing very nice, a solid 4/5 stars tehbing

Perhaps more well known among Nus undergrads is Fong seng nasi lemak .

Continuing my previous post and showing you the “KFC” look a like chicken from Fong seng .

And they taste better .

Continuing from my earlier post and showing the Wide plethora of dishes to choose from besides the usual fried chicken wings , oath and Ikan billis.

I must say that Fong seng also does a very rendition of “KFC” chicken - you will see it beautifully lined up on a tray and oh Man- it does really taste like kfc and even better - wonderfully moist with a tasty crisp skin but not greasy .

I can’t wait to be back to try more of their dishes .

Subway has just launched its new Breaded Chicken Cutlet flavour and
Chocolate Orange Cookie this holiday season across all outlets in Singapore for a limited period from 6th of November till 7th of January 2020.

The crispy breaded chicken breast is topped with a sprinkle of aromatic spices and sandwiched between freshly-baked bread. Toasted breadcrumbs add a crunchy finish along with crisp vegetables and melted cheese to complete the sub.

The Chocolate Orange Cookie is an enticing treat with a hint of orange zest that simply compliments the rich chocolate chips. Try the moist and chewy Chocolate Orange Cookie to go with the new Breaded Chicken Cutlet sub to welcome the holiday season! 🎅🎄⛄
