The rice and chilli sauce are not the best, but they have a long menu and everything is good, including the chicken. One of our favs for chicken rice in Singapore
One of better chicken rice joints in Singapore- tasty yellow chicken, even if the rice is not the most fragrant. Other dishes are also yummy. Great value.
From Feng Ji Chicken Rice.
咖喱鸡
Bowl of curry chicken and potato that pairs perfectly with fluffy rice.
Flavourful and soft.
Normally full house during peak dining hours.
Loved the interior deco, it bring on conversations too.
This place is popular among the residents nearby for affordable meals.
In case you wasn’t aware, this place has connection with the famous Feng Feng Chicken Rice at Woodlands.
Go for the deluxe single chicken rice set for individual, that comes with the chicken rice, egg, soup and vegetables of the day.
Good chicken, good rice, chilli can be improved.
They have roast chicken also.
Also have full tze char menu, good for lunch or dinner
Dry noodles with fishcake, squid and prawns ($7.50 after ++). Was a tad oily but the ingredients are quite generous. Could be spicier as it doesnt taste spicy at all. Has wokhei.
True to its kampung classification, the chicken here is lean and flavourful. Very good rice, chili and ginger sauces. The ngo hiang is also yummy. But the best thing about this outlet is the takeaway service: They ask for your vehicle registration number, and as you approach the kerbside, somebody rushes out to your car with the exact change (to $50 or $100)! Can't do that at Boon Tong Kee down the same road (which chicken I personally find fattier and more bland).
Saw this when I am at Boon Tong Kee and tempted to order one.

Honestly its really really average, definitely not worth the price at all.
Rather fragrant (Y)
Not sure what justifies the 15$ price tag when it tastes exactly like what my grandma makes at home. Then again my grandma is a superb cook so either she's dishing out restaurant standard food or this plate is overpriced. Honestly though while it was soft and tender, for 15$ i expected more meat
Got the 8$ portion to share and they were rather generous. It's gonna be a challenge to finish this glorious hot mess of pork slices, prawns and squid on your own. Value for money comfort food :)
