Healthy and filling. Spicy salmon and spicy tuna are my favourites and well marinated. Love the free flow kimchi and wakame too
This has improved since I last tried it 3 years ago, from what I can remember. A small bowl gets you 75g of poke (original/wasabi mayo/spicy ahi tuna or salmon, a base (rice or salad), 4 normal toppings (mainly veg/fruit options), 1 superfood topping (avocado/quail’s egg/ikura/chia seeds), and there are several other add-one like ginger, scallions, kimchi (which I opted not to have) and purple cabbage. Although I chose a salad base, I was surprisingly full. I like the thick smooth cubes of tuna and the more unusual ingredients like ginger and ikura. It’s pricier than nearby A Poke Theory at Velocity where a similar sized bowl costs $9.90, but the ingredients are different and I’d be hard-pressed to say which is better.
Base: salad
Poke: original ahi tuna
Toppings: corn, edamame, golden raisins, seaweed salad
Superfood: ikura
Definitely a must try. I had mostly fruits and original Tuna topped with Ikura and a fat-free Salad dressing. It was filling and refreshing! Most importantly, this tastes good. If you are looking for a tasty way to diet, this is definitely one place to try.
This poke comes in three sizes - small medium large, and the price ranges from $11.90 - $19.50.
The fish is relatively fresh and firm, but what i like most about this place is the seasoning on the fish! Its well balanced with the toppings. There is also a choice between rice/salad as the base.
Love this lunch with Marinated salmon and tuna. Small - 1type of fish ($11.90) Medium - 2 types of fish ($15.90).
You may choose salad, white, brown or mix rice as base. And you can oso add sides like Kimchi, preserved ginger, purple Cabbage and different dressings.
As fruit salad is to rojak, sushi is to this bowl of Poke goodness.
Selected the spicy salmon and Shoyu salmon, with edamame beans, fish roe, seaweed, and avocado on a bed of mixed rice.
Delicious, satisfying, and dare I say, healthy.. (at least a bit 😋).
Thick diced spicy salmon on a salad/sushi rice bowl with your preferred toppings & sauces. I chose spicy salmon instead of wasabi mayo. There’s free flow kimchi at the counter with about 6 different kinds of sauces you can choose to add on your own. Not sure why there’s Korean kimchi in this Hawaiian dish. .
👄 : Will I return? Only if I’m around Novena area & my friends suggest on having this. It’s not the best poke bowl in Singapore but I have been here twice just cause there wasn’t any other option.
Was really full the previous time so opted for no rice this time and still really love it. Also shout out to the spam musobi really really loved it almost couldn’t finish actually 🤭
The Poke bowls had a generous helping of other toppings (and DIY topping such as kimchi and ginger), though I felt that the single scoop of poke was quite a miserable portion. Service was not the best when we visited too.
.
Got a scoop (75g) each of Original Tuna and Original Salmon.
.
Marinated in the classic poké marinade of shoyu / Japanese light soy sauce, sesame sauce, spring onions, onions, and sesame seeds.
.
Base of brown rice, with fresh crunchy lettuce. For the salad add-ons, I chose corn kernels, almonds, walnuts, and pineapple, along with quail eggs.
.
So clean. So shiok.

With a good variety of 15 add-ons, it's fun to customise your own bowl. And even if you go with the default original poké marinade, they have 7 varieties of sauces on the side for you to add as you wish.
.
I got this with Wasabi Mayonnaise Tuna and Wasabi Mayonnaise Salmon.
.
Base of mixed brown and white rice, with fresh crunchy lettuce. For the salad add-ons, I chose cherry tomatoes, jalapenos, golden raisins, and sunflower seeds, along with avocado, then dressed the bowl with goma / sesame sauce.

Yummy.

You trade off lots of raw fish with healthy fruits and vegetables. Didn't sound bad at all right?
We loved that they offered warm brown rice to the usual white sushi rice. On top of the Poké bowl, there were free-flow sauces and pickled vegetables, including kimchi, which we could add on throughout the meal. There was option for more servings of salmon or tuna for those who wanted more meat. This would be a good choice when in need for a healthier meal, especially when it tasted good too.
I liked that brown rice could be chosen without additional cost & that there was generous serving of 4 complimentary sides. The sashimi was fresh and in big cubes (which made it seem to be quite little cause they got gobbled up quickly). I preferred the wasabi mayo seasoning as I felt that the original one could have been slightly richer. There is a self-service station for free sauces, kimchi & ginger slices. The kimchi was good but ran out real fast & maybe it was cause I didn't add any additional sauce that I felt the rest of the bowl to be a bit bland. I would have liked if some of the sashimi seasoning had been mixed in with the rest of the bowl

Service - 6/10
I asked what is the seasonal poke since I can't find the check board and the staff told me no seasonal as if I owe her $100.
Food - 7/10
-the bowl looks huge but the rice doesn't even reach 1 cm height and the rice is also dry
-The almond is not crunchy, taste like its laohong (not kept in airtight containers)
-Taste just like normal poke, nothing special
Nice poke bowl where you can choose your salad dressing. Comes with 3 types of Salmon & 3 types of tunas. Ordered original & spicy Salmon & got a bowl filled to the brim with all the toppings. Kimchi & salad sauces are self service so you can top up as much as you would like. Quite a fulfilling meal for sharing!
Thanks to these add-ons, the small bowl ($11.90 for 75g #poké) was sufficient for me 👍🏼 #burpple #xuannyeatsclean
Think I am also done with all the different brands.
Over here, there are three bowl sizes, small ($11.90), medium ($15.90) and large ($19.90) and you can choose from white rice, brown rice or salad as your base.
I like that there is a station where you can add more sauces of your choice.
To the next Poke Bowl shop which is opening, I hope you have something different from the rest.
This new kid on the (poké) block is a go-to if you’re looking for a healthy lunch option in United Square. There are three bowl sizes, small ($11.90), medium ($15.90) and large ($19.90), and you can choose from white rice, brown rice or salad as your base. Follow Tastemaker Xing Wei Chua's lead and go for the Rice Mix — a mix of white rice with bonito flakes and brown rice with black sesame seeds. The fish cubes (tuna or salmon) are marinated in three different sauces, original, wasabi mayo and spicy. Opt for the Spicy Ahi Tuna if you’re up for a little spicy kick, or the Wasabi Mayo Salmon if you’re looking for punchy notes of wasabi. Each bowl comes with three add-ons and one superfood, like edamame, salmon roe (ikura) and avocado. Look out for their self-service counter and help yourself to the free-flow dressings like sesame (goma) and spicy Korean, as well as complimentary toppings like kimchi!
Avg Price: $20 per person

Opt for the largest possible fish portion because the medium didn't even fill me up at all. (Or maybe it's because I'm just really ravenous today. 😂) The lightly marinated salmon was just sufficiently fresh and fatty for my liking, but what truly stands out at this Poke joint is perhaps their self-service additional toppings of ginger slices, kimchi and homemade pickled purple cabbage! Their addition of one superfood per bowl also includes toppings like ikura, not a very common topping in most Poke joints as well. They also flavour their rice with some sort of floss (salmon perhaps?) and sesame seeds, which was such a pleasant surprise because most places give plain, bland rice. Because they were super generous with the salad I had to spam their dressings, and my favourites are their goma sauce and korean spicy sauce, but I'm certainly not complaining. My only concern is that the portion of rice isn't really much and all the toppings almost overflow such that you have to eat all of the toppings first before being able to eat anything else. But then again why am I complaining about it overflowing right?! I'd much rather get a larger portion because more food makes me a happy kid. :D
