Fresh cuts of premium sashimi. The torched scallop was absolutely mouth watering. Definitely will be back again!
Total damage: $80++
Our first experience here. It was a quiet place. Good ambience like any Japanese restaurant. We tried all 3 various platter that was available, Sashimi Moriawase, Sushi Moriawase and Aburi Sushi Moriawase @ $65/plate. Great experience. Everything was fresh and tasty.
Not for vampires and not for people who like their breath fresh.. this dish has double the garlic factor in it. Marinated with a garlic paste and then sauteed in a hotstone pot the chicken came off rich in garlicky taste. Whilst the boy found it tasty the smell emanating from it was enough to make nongarlicnononion me reel over in a faint
Fresh cuts of premium sashimi that include uni & ikura served on a decent portion of high quality sushi rice, worth the lunchtime set price point that includes a salad + dessert.
The lunch was 80 before tax and gst.
There is appetiser, sashimi, 1 cooked food, assorted sushi, soup and peach sorbet ice cream.
Pretty full and we asked for less rice.
Worth to give it a try!
The sweet shrimp with crab sauce sushi was mind blowing.
Wagyu beef cooked to perfection with truffle oil and served together with onions and sous vide egg in a donburi. The runny whites and yolk from the onsen egg goes so well with the truffled onions and medium well wagyu: The beef dissolves and the goodness and flavours are liquefied with the crunchiness from the onions and short grain japanese rice.
