We also ordered the lobster Mac and cheese which is the best M&C we’ve ever tasted. Just request from the server as it it not on the menu
Yes, this here lobster mac&cheese costs $35++, but there’s a reason why the premium is worth it. It’s the best motherhuggin’ mac&cheese in Singapore, and I can back that up.
First of all, just look at it. Look, look, look! There’s an entire French village’s annual supply of cheese in there! All that cheese is brilliantly broiled till it’s all melted and charred & absolute perfection, and below that blanket of cheese is where the macaroni sits. Lemme tell ya this from experience: that blanket of cheese is the best damn #cheesepull picture you will EVER take, and it’s even more delectable when it’s making savoury, saucy love to your tongue.
The macaroni positively DROWNED in a majestically moreish mornay sauce, and I went in on that cast iron pan with a spoon to make sure no drop got left behind. The lobster was admittedly lost in the cheesy chaos, but when you bit into it, you’d know for sure. It was fantastically firm and spectacularly supple, all the expected hallmarks of a fabulously fresh lobster.
If you’re tired of getting mac&cheese that’s got less cheese than one of my drunk af bar pickup lines, go to 665F for a thorough vibe check.
Perched on the 38th floor of Andaz Singapore is this chic restaurant that boasts a breathtaking view. Come by for a romantic dinner, or treat the parents to a lovely meal on a special occasion. Begin with their aromatic Beef Pastrami and Bone Marrow Toast ($38), a divine combination of crisp bread, well-seasoned meat and roasted garlic. Share the generously portioned Boston Lobster Thermidor ($88++) that is luxuriously rich, creamy and bright. Don't forget to check out their selection of non-alcoholic wines!

Even though Pastry Chef Fiona Ting was away on holiday when I visited “665 Degrees Fahrenheit” with family, Head Chef Josephine made sure we got to indulge in Fiona’s latest creations when the time came for desserts.
There were three in total for the four of us to share, each thoughtfully executed to satisfy whatever mood we may have been in to end our meal on.
My niece and I were especially besotted with the marvellous Mille Feuille. Stacked tall with elegant dollops of the intoxicatingly fragrant Valrhona Strawberry Inspiration cremeux and pastry creme, it also had organic gooseberry jam and pop rocks smuggled away in there for more taste and textural dimension.
This is a must-order even if you are stuffed from all the food that preceded.
The large, very fresh lobster was smothered in a lip-smacking rich sauce that was both creamy and bright. If you feel like splurging on a piece of crustacean that won’t disappoint, this would be a good bet.
