Enjoy the finer traditional Thai-style dining - Sumrub ąøŖąø³ąø£ąø±ąøš at SARAI. The refreshed menu featuring a harmonious blend of fine dining and classic Thai flavours. Shown here is the four course Exploration Lunch Set Menu ($58), which is available for dinner.

Other than Lab Gai, an appealing starter made of spicy and sour minced chicken salad on cucumber cup, we had the crispy Assorted Banana Blossom Cake served with spicy dip.

For mains, it was a choice of Steamed Squid stuffed with Roe Sac or Grilled Australian Wagyu Sirloin in aromatic panang curry sauce. Both are served with the Stir-fried Dou Miao with Assorted mushrooms and Smoked Barramundi Soup.

Fans of Uncle Leeā€™s nostalgic cakes, youā€™ll be pleased to know that they have launched a new flavour this month!

Made for durian and Kaya fans, hereā€™s the new MSW Durian Pandan Layered cake ($30 for 6ā€). Combining that fragrant pandan cake with a coat of MSW-pandan custard which has a more jello texture.

But my favourite is his Nostalgic Peanut Buttercream Cake ($20), an airy vanilla sponge cake with buttercream generously coated in peanuts. I can finish half the cake myself in just two days.

While I miss their old outlet at Tanglin Halt, the current outlet (at Kampung Glam) and eStore made it easier to order than before. Click on https://uncleleeconfectionery.cococart.co to order.q

Open for lunch on Thursdays and Fridays, itā€™s a posh yet cosy spot for executive lunch or meetings. Other than ala carte, thereā€™s a 3-course set ($45) and a 4-course set ($55).

Wagyu Tartare, Cold Angel Pasta and Pork Jowl can be found on the dinner menu, but they do have a lunch-only items such as Sandos and Koji Confit Duck Leg.

Located on the same level at the Orchard MRT (near Zara), it is easier to pick up your favourite French pastries along with an exclusive coffee blend, Le Soleil - created in collaboration with Nylon Coffee Roasters.

Lovely posh space though limited seating, expect a host of brand-new hot mains like Black Truffle Scrambled Eggs Croissant ($34), Seafood Pot Pie ($24) and Chutoro Brioche Feuilletee ($38).

Folks in CBD, hereā€™s another amazing lunch spot overlooking Singaporeā€™s iconic Marina Bay.

Known for Mexican food and bottomless cocktails, CHIMIā€™s has a Weekday Lunch Special ($12) with drink, available on Monday to Friday between 12pm-2:30pm.

Choose between the tacos trio or a more filling burrito bowl, topped with Carne Asada Beef, Chipotle Chicken or Borracho Fish. In fact, we canā€™t get enough of those tasty beer battered white fish paired with jalapeƱo mayo, atop Amarillo rice.

No wonder thereā€™s a queue even before the dining hours. Though if you managed to get in the first seating, the wait isnā€™t that long.

Award-winning will be their Tan Tan MenĀ ($15.90), a spicy ramenĀ with ground pork. Broth is a mix of chicken, beef bones, oysters and kombu enhanced with aromatic spices such as sesame paste, chilli oil, and garlic. Though we felt their Hot and Sour Soup Ramen ($15.90) was the better of the two as the Tan Tan Men was slightly salty and didnā€™t live up to its expectations.

With over 1,117 outlets in China, XiabuXiabu has open its first overseas outlet in Singapore. The 72-seater restaurant has a bar-style concept, which is suitable even for solo diners.

Select your own dual individual hotpot, featuring their signature Mushroom Soup and your choice of soup - Golden Sauerkraut Soup, Stew Pork Tripe & Chicken Soup, Nanyang Curry Soup, Tomato Soup and Sichuan Style Soup.

Value-for-money as each set (from $28) comes with a vegetable platter, unlimited condiments and noodles, plus tea from Tea Mi Tea.

Gather your girlfriends and wind down by having a wonderful afternoon filled with array of pink-hued pastries, warm fluffy scones and dainty bites. Comes with a choice of Ronnefeldt tea and coffee, else pop some bubbles to sweeten the tĆŖte-Ć -tĆŖte.

Highlights:
ā€¢ Pulled Chicken, Passion Fruit Chutney on Strawberry Brioche

The highlight of the buffet will be the Mafaldine Cacio e Pepe and hand-tossed Italian Pinsas. The former is a decadent creamy pasta twirled inside the Parmesan Cheese Wheel while the latter has a deliciously thin crisp crust, so good that we grab a few slices in a go.
