@sinpopobrand did a menu revamp earlier this month and switched up many items while keeping the old favourites. There are quite a few fusion items now and they can be very unique too! Here's what we had:

We had the Crab Bee Hoon ($19) which was an old favourite brought over from the previous menu. It has a rich wok-hei and savoury flavour from the beehoon and the soup. There was a generous portion of crab meat too.

This was a meal that we really enjoyed and I would want to go back again to try the other new items! Thank you @sinpopobrand for all the food and Wendy for the warm hospitality! πŸ€—

Smoked Kissed Veggies to Share
This is a new section on their menu and we had the Nai Bai with Parmesan ($10) to try. It was so unique and so good with a nice smoky flavour, a slightly creamy yogurt flavour and savoury parmesan. This was truly different and we liked it a lot.

The Beef Rendang Tacos ($14) had tasty beef rendang in it, the pulled Angus beef brisket was so tender and went well with the purple slaw.

Grilled meat and naengmyeon is always a good idea 😍😍 I liked how @charim.sg offers grilled sides and a good number of side dishes as well. The meat was tender and the steamed egg was tasty too πŸ˜‹

Took forever to get the soufflé cake from @donkisg because it kept selling out for quite awhile before having more stock at the stores. I liked how the cake was very fluffy with cream that was light too ☺️

The Mocha had fragrant coffee with a distinct chocolate flavour. I would have liked it more if there was more chocolate in it.

Tried the new gud am sunshine sanga from @bloom.withcoffee that is made of bloom-made spicy mayo, spam, omelette with cheese & mixed greens. The entire sandwich was flavourful and there was a good portion of cheese in it too πŸ˜‹

The salted crispy chicken was delicious with each piece being juicy and truly crispy indeed 😌

@wantfood.taiwanese is a relatively new place near Chinatown and I enjoyed their food and the homey atmosphere (though it was a bit hot inside πŸ˜…). I had the beef noodles which had a generous portion of meat, springy noodles and a light flavoured broth.

Missing chill staycation days at the new @hiltonsingaporeorchard! Here's a luxurious and super filling breakfast I had in the room the other day which included eggs on toast, a choice of bread, sides, cereal, fruit and a drink. I liked how the eggs were of the texture I liked, the bacon was crispy, generally it was a good meal and I was so full 😌

@sogoodcctsg serves Hong Kong styled breakfast sets at pretty reasonable prices and I especially liked the crispy buttery condensed milk bun and the silky egg πŸ˜‹ the milk tea was fragrant and smooth too!

Finally tried @nbcbsg after hearing so much about it and it was good! I got a NBCB which is a cheeseburger with a single party and added a sunny side up to it. Love how there are options to add ingredients to the burgers and loved how the buns were fluffy and the patty was juicy too. Had them with criss cut fries and cheese sauce and the fries were really crispy even though they were drenched in sauce too. Will go back soon to try the other burgers and items!
