You can find many ingredients such as peanuts, duck, cuttlefish and fish. Together with the crispy youtiao, amazing!🌟

Sundays are meant for dim sum parties! These 3 piggies ended up in our dimsum basket and I had a little fun playing with their noses and letting β€˜em filling flow out like mucusπŸ˜‚. The buns were a little thick and could definitely use for a little more filling but the salted egg centre tasted good nonetheless.

was not bad!! the congee didn’t have a strong taste but was tasty. cheong fun had such big portions of prawn and very little of flour. glutinous rice had generous amounts of gravy with very tender slices of meat. ☺️☺️🌟🌟 #timhowan #dimsum #burpple

Carrot Cake (SGD $6.80) @ Canton Paradise, Paradise Group.

Love the smoky wok hei, and the eggy shrimpy savoury sweet flavours, complemented by the crunch of vegetables. Shiok.

It really does serve up delectable Chinese dishes, though the portions may run a little small. If you do visit, don't forget to try their Wok-fried pork shoulder with asparagus ($15.80). It brings "ε€–ι…₯ε†…θ½―" (crispy on the outside, tender on the inside) to a whole new level, stir-fried to perfection with scallions and onions. πŸ˜‹

Always love this dish. Crispy outer layer and gd quality carrot cake. My everytime must order!

Haha quite rare that Chinese dishes have poached egg, with this sitting atop sliced beef and broccoli. But the highlight of this dish is the broccoli hahaha πŸ˜‚

Loved the interpretation of traditional Cantonese dishes! Had several dishes - roasted meats for starters, shark's fin soup, braised vegetables, deep fried soon hock, ee fu noodle, and mango sago for dessert. The starter was my favourite - steamed chicken was tender and flavourful, duck was tender with crisp skin, and the char siew was lean and delicious! Another notable dish was the shark's fin soup, not because I have a personal belief on avoiding it if possible, but because the broth was thick and creamy, the consistency of tonkotsu soup bases used in ramen. First time tasting such a take on shark's fin soup. Apart from the fins, there was a har gao and one stalk of vegetable in there as well. Adding vinegar and pepper to the soup gave it more body and made it tastier. I must also commend the deep fried soon hock (fish dish) - skin was fried to crispy perfection, and the flesh was soft, tender and smooth. Drizzled generously with soy sauce, it was lovely. Didn't quite like the ee fu noodles as I felt I had better ones elsewhere, but it tasted much nicer after adding chilli sauce to it. Vegetables were well-flavoured with the savory sauce and mushrooms were soft and juicy. The mango pomelo was creamy and sweet - one can hardly go wrong with that, so that was yummy! Service was excellent too! Would definitely recommend this place!

A huge hunk of fall-of-the-bone tender meat residing in a lake of shimmering tangy rich sauce with pineapple chunks, just begging for a bowl of rice to soak everything up. This is true comfort food.

I didn't think much of this dish comprised of a common ingredient found at Yong Tau Foo stalls when we ordered it, but was pleasantly surprised. If there's one thing Canton Paradise excels at, it's Chinese comfort food. The generous portion of tofu pieces were firm and substanstial to the bite, carrying the flavour of the gravy well. The pork stuffing itself didn't have much taste, but I welcomed the meaty texture. Great eaten with a bowl of rice to soak up the sauce.

Love that they add so much onions to the stir-fry dish. Pork shoulder/neck is till the best part of the pork for stir-fry dish, wisdom the Thais have long acquired in their culinary inheritance

Canton Paradise - better than Tim Ho Wan pau. Food better than Din Tai Fung #sgfood

Good, very good when it's piping fresh from the kitchen. Just look at that picture!
