The Southern style Fried Chicken was excellent, with juicy tender succulent chicken meat coated in a crisp crunchy spiced batter.
.
The fried chicken has bold meaty sweet savoury salty spice flavour, nicely addictive.
.
The Sausage Beef & Pork was alright, large and snappy crunchy in texture, though I would have preferred it to be larger, and cooked till slightly more smoky.
.
Still, the sausage beef & pork has good meaty savoury salty spice flavour.

This is an iconic American non-alcoholic beverage that combines equal parts unsweetened ice black tea and lemonade.
.
Has a zesty tangy sour sweet earthy flavour, with a cooling and refreshing feel.
.
Named after famed American golfer Arnold Palmer, who often ordered this drink combination after playing on sunny golf courses, he eventually partnered with a beverage company to bottle this.

This humble styrofoam box contains $160 ($172 with GST and Surcharges) of meat! The fat on the brisket was melt-in-your-mouth. DO NOT microwave to heat up. Pack the meat in a ziplock for a steam bath or sous vide. With sides and all, a table of 7 adults couldn’t even finish half of this!

Took the platter for 3, to feed 4. Turkey (sliced) was juicy, not dry as one would expect, wagyu brisket, pork ribs and pork belly burnt ends were tasty and juicy.
Sides: Mac and cheese had fondue like cheese on it, colesaw to balance the flavours, brisket dirty rice for a kicking side, and of course it is not a southern US bbq meal without corn bread!

Desserts: banana pudding and apple crumble are must try!!!

Staff are very friendly folks, and very attentive too! Offered to keep our food warm in the warmer while waiting for my other guests to arrive, although it was my bad for not informing to delay the serving.

Was pretty hyped for this meal and it didnt disappoint... but didnt exceed expectations either. Bit of hits and misses here:

The brisket was tender but wasn't that special. I only found it tasty near the sides where there is more fat. Since most people get the middle cut, it doesn't have much of a barbeque flavour.

The really tender and sizeable portion was the ribs. Actual rib bone was only a third of its length so that leaves you a lot of juicy marbled rib to devour.

The pulled pork was quite dry but was better with all that barbeque sauce they supplied us with.

The cornbread was a bit dry and tasted a bit like sponge cake...

The mac and cheese definitely good comfort food but was very milky and a bit one dimensional.

The baked beans were a spicy treat which flavours harmonised well with the meats!

My favourite go-to place for smoked meats. This is 400g of the regular smoked Wagyu brisket. I wanted to try/see what’s the difference between the regular and the GF version.

It seems that the GF version is less gamey, and is leaner. It’s still good nonetheless, whichever version it is. I love that they give jalapeños which goes very well with the meats 😋

Ordered delivery during this “no dine-in” phase 2 HA, as I was craving for their smoked brisket. It’s one of the best I’ve had in SG. I ordered the meat by weight, and this is 300g.

If there’s one thing you can’t say about Decker, it’s that the food is lacking flavour. Everything is so well seasoned and has a depth of flavour! I got the wagyu brisket and pork spare ribs. The brisket was tender and slightly fatty, just the way I like it. The ribs were honestly too salty for me that it had me reaching for water. The crunchy slaw with a bit of tang helped to cut through some of that saltiness. I expected the cornbread to come warm but it came cold, not a big deal because it was delicious.

A hard seltzer and meat platter for one later, it came up to $50+ per pax inclusive of a $5 service charge. Very expensive! Would think twice to come back but for the food I’d come back for more of an occasion.

This apple cobbler was a lovely way to finish a heavy, hearty meal. ($10) Underneath a layer of loosely-packed, buttery crumbs are sweet, soft, cinnamon-scented apples. It's crowned with scoops of vanilla ice cream.

The presentation isn't much to look at, but the flavors and textures are definitely on point. The creaminess of the ice cream with the crumble, the soothing familiarity of the vanilla with the sharper cinnamon of the apples. My only jibe is that the crumble could have been just a teeny weeny bit more crunchy to give that textural contrast.

Fork-tender? More like spoon- tender. Sharing one of my favourite BBQ joints in Singapore with y’all - @deckerbarbecue 🤤
.
With a custom-built smoker from Dallas, and meats smoked up to 16 hours - these folks really know how to deliver up a mean tray of authentic Texas barbeque
.
I fell in love with BBQ after my stint in UIUC in Illinois, so this is easily one of my favourite places to eat in Singapore!
.
Pictured is the 6 rib ribplate (S$32) which comes with 2 sides and is pretty good value for the amount of meat they serve up!

This is their 600grams bone-in 'Dinosaur' beef rib ($60), only available on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.

And wow what a meatastic experience it was. Just pull apart tender beef, perfectly seasoned with spices and peppers, the flavor-packed juices from the fat and meat literally dripping as I tore into it. The beef separates effortlessly from the bone. And there's so much of it, I was flipping and turning the bone and discovering fresh chunks of meat all the time.

In the background I have some lovely tender pulled pork ($8 per 100grams) and a fresh piping hot sourdough roll from Starter Lab ($2 per roll). I cut open the toasted roll and stuffed some pulled pork into it, drizzled with some barbeque sauce to make the perfect pulled pork sandwich. The delicious airy crumb of the roll soaked up the pork drippings and barbeque sauce...mmmm.

You definitely get an authentic American barbeque experience here, complete with awesome and friendly service. Go ahead and over order, you won't regret taking the leftovers home in a brown bag. :)

We had the decker feast platter for two and it was great! Love every bit of it. Reminds me of what I had in Dallas. They have a huge selection of beer and ale. Love the music. A perfect hideout to chill in that area. Will definitely visit again!

We got the decker feast for two (brisket, ribs, pulled pork) and was mindblown by how awesome the meats were. It came off so easily and it's juicy, soft and full flavoured with the smokiness of the BBQ. Went with kale, coleslaw and fries. The meats go really well with bread :) Had the lemonade too. We'll be back again for sure! Tip: book a table with eatigo for 10-50% discounts! We went for 6pm as we wanted to have the full range of choices but if you go at 9, everything's 50% off (except for the burnt ends and the belly burnt ends)

Don’t miss the brisket, and the pork belly burnt ends! We love the fries, too. Pilsner Urquell on tap was a good touch to the experience. Would love to return again.

A picture may sometimes speak a thousand words, but this photo does nothing for it. Underneath that layer of cream is layers of banana mixed with crumbley bits that all comes together in a gooey yummy mess! Would have appreciated less cream and more banana/crumble, but the dessert was nice this way nonetheless! Would recommend this over their Apple Cobbler 😋😋

Liked how it was served warm with a refreshingly cold scoop of ice cream on top! Apple crumble portion was pretty decent with the top having a nice crust. Would have appreciated more depth in flavour with more cinnamon/spices maybe and more ingredients (nuts/raisins) but small simple dessert worth only after eatigo 50% 😋😋
