Staff said the budino is very sweet
The cinnamon smell is quite strong, dense crumb. Way too expensive tho, and it's so ulu so really no need to come all the way here for this
bought this in L Size which feeds 12 pax comfortably. one of the better tiramisu cakes around with the cream being fairly light and sufficient lady finger to go with it
Very pricey and not worth the price at all. Cream is ok but the strawberries were sour. The only novelty is the nuts surrounding it, which wasn't too good either.
Small chunks of pumpkin in the bread, generous amount of sunflower seeds around
It's dense and a little bit dry, but not unpleasantly so. Works well with soft and moist ingredients with strong flavours, because the bread tends to cover up flavours
Not bad but I guess just not my type
Ferrovia Cherry Cake ($59.00)
strong alcoholic taste for cake but I felt that their thick cherry sauce really got jelak for me tbh and plus the chocolate balls dipped with cherry sauce is too sinful for me :") it was quite overwhelmed for me tbh.
Dolcetto is designed to bring the magic of Italy across the 2,400 square feet space that houses an artisanal bakery, all-day dining bistro, specialty foods purveyor, gelateria, confectionary and chocolatier, with over 200 Italian food and drink specialities on display. This multi-concept destination creates an Italian culinary wonderland to allow diners a leisure enjoyment of sweet idleness that accompanies them from morning to evening and work to weekend.
Over at the Mercatino, you will first be greeted with the meats and cheeses display while you browse through the menuboard for a variety of antipasti, handcrafted pizzetta, hearty pastas and sharing plates that you can order to complement the list of Italian wines ($16), cocktails ($18), and beers ($10). If you are there during lunchtime, get a Pear Pecorino Salad ($24) which was so good that we finished it completely. As you wind down the evening, order a pizza like the Prosciutto ($28) and a cold cuts ($35) or cheese platter ($38) while sipping on some tipples. There are also dinnertime items like Scallops Gratin ($22) and Panini di Latte with Beef Sfilacci ($28) that are great for sharing.
After your meal, waltz through to the confectionary for freshly made gelato, artisanal pralines, candies, and chocolates to end the day on a sweet note. My focus was fixated on the sorbet and gelato selection ($6 single, $10 double) and my choices were the Bronte Pistachio and Amarena Cherry (contains alcohol). The former was the perfect blend of aroma and nuttiness while the latter contains the burst of juicy sweetness from the syruped cherries. There are other must-try flavours such as the refreshing Amalfi Lemon and Basil and interesting Cantaloupe Melon with Crispy Parma Prosciutto. Bring a touch of Italy home as well with the range of ready-to-cook specialty foods such as pasta, pasta sauces, balsamic vinegars, olive oils or even ready-to-drink cocktails from the award-winning Manhattan Bar.

Back by popular demand, @regentsingapore has brought back their iconic Chefโs Playground creation - ๐๐ข๐๐จ๐ญ๐ญ๐ ๐๐ซ๐ฎ๐๐๐ฅ๐ ๐๐ฎ๐ซ๐ง๐ญ ๐๐ก๐๐๐ฌ๐๐๐๐ค๐! I was super excited to finally get my hands on them!
Here, fresh black truffle isn't confined to being shaven on top, it is infused into the rich ricotta seirass, perfuming the entire cheesecake luxuriously. I really enjoyed the texture of the cheesecake - creamy, rich and dense, yet light.
The cake came with Basilicoโs truffle honey, for topping your cake a la minute, allowing you to control the sweetness level to your liking.
They are available in three sizes - single serve, medium and large, via walk-in or advanced order.
Slightly pricier than other normal bakeries but it is real good. I am not a donut person but I would definitely return for this!
What an amazing decadent treat!! Highly recommend all cheesecake lovers to try! You won't be disappointed at all!!! ๐ญ
Truly the best I had!!! Now i just wanna go around to try all HCB just to prove that this is indeed the best ๐ฅฒ๐ฅฒ๐ฅฒ It has a light texture, plain YET rich in flavour just from the bread ingredients (eggs, milk, spices etc). The dried fruits were quite evenly spreaded within the bun so every bite has a fragrant and sweet taste.
Forget about cedele's bread (most are bad anyway lol). This bread is fluffy like gaah so well baked?? Haha
Cinnamon is rly very well infused into the entire bread!!! Smells!! SO!!!! HEAVENLY!!!!
The exterior is so beautiful!! Love how the flavours gel together well without any overpowering each other :"D
Generous almond slices topping and quality chocolate.... :") one of the best chocolate bread around that i have tried!
This is different from the ones i see/tried bc it held up the crisp on the outside well. But I havent tried Keong Saik's one la HAHAHAHA hopefully to try it sooooon ;)))))) love the thick chocolate ganache with light espresson flavour! Nomznomz
Double chocolate cornetto from Dolcetto! This place that i happen to chance upon truly became one of my top few to-go bakeries!! Welp.me.!!!
And the best way to celebrate is to break into the stash of baked goods sent over by Regent Singapore (THANK YOU!)!
The Tortino in Sfoglia, Italian croissant, and la Sfogliata al Caramello (clockwise) from Dolcetto by Basilico are great with a strong bracing cup of coffee, and are a great reminder that there are so many tasty treats to eat again after June 19!
It consisted of Bread Flour, Salt, Yeast, Water, Olive Oil and Topping (Rosemary). It was quite strong and pungent taste for Rosemary.
It ($11.00) consisted of sliced pan-fried Mushroom and Truffle. It was quite strong and pungent taste for truffle but pan-fried mushroom didn't have enough taste.
