look how cute the ravioli are!! so small!! theyβre filled with cheese and laden in(?) a delicious cream sauce. as much of a cheese lover as I am, I highly recommend sharing this as itβs veryy rich!
Iβve always loved creamy and fluffy scrambled eggs, but this one missed a mark a teeny bit. The Scrambled Eggs dish ($20++) includes eggs topped with aged parmesan (and supposedly truffle paste, but I only tasted/smelled a hint of it), crusted sourdough bread, and salad greens. I wouldnβt reco this for hungry eaters (like I was when I ate) as I had to prolong eating it for distributed digestion (lol) and so I can stay a bit longer π π
Place is very good though. Love the warm lighting and warm service. I would come back but will most likely try a main dish next time :)
We got the truffle pizza, duck rillettes (LOVED THIS), marinated prawns (had a bit of a SG flavour to it but still liked it), ravioles large, green asparagus pizza (didn't really like this as it was too salty for me). For drinks, we got the nectar pear but it was a little too sour for me. Overall really enjoyed the food, company and ambience!
πΌService review:
The service here is the best Iβve ever seen in any cafe. They are super friendly and always saying phrases like βDonβt worry be happyβ, makes me feel comfortable when dining.

The food is always top quality. Not only was it served fast, it also looks very presentable, very βinstagram-worthyβπΈ

It is a very cheesy and creamy dish. The ravioli is soft and easy to chew. I recommend sharing this with your friends instead of ordering it for yourself, as it may be too rich and heavy for one person to finish.

Iβm usually very picky about eggs benedict. For me, the eggs have to be cooked the right temperature for egg yolk to flow out when cut (see the last pic for perfectionπ―). The hollandaise sauce also has to be not too liquid and a right amount of ingredients to have taste in the sauce itself. This eggs benedict is my favourite based on that. However, the ham is slightly salty and it is difficult to eat all items in one bite.

Featured is the πππππ π ππππππ ($ππ)π - a thin crust pizza topped with asparagus, apple, ham & the main reason I got it, blue cheeseπ€€.
The dough was rolled out veryy thinly, giving the crust an addictive soda cracker crispness!
Tried out this busy cafe in Tiong Bahru around 3pm. Ordered the crossiant and croque, paired with black coffee and ice mocha. Portion size for the food is alright but can be better for drinks (considering the price). In general, food taste ok and will revisit if nearby. But will not specially head down as price is on the steep side.
A tiny version of the Italian ravioli, the French dumpling pasta was filled with Tete de Moine cheese and served with creamy sauce. The portion was decent for sharing and it got more addictive with every bite. The fries were different from the usual shoestring fries and of a thicker cut; and it seemed that they were baked then fried to a brownish shade.
Saw many good reviews on this and it definitely lived up to my expectations. The pizza had a thin and flaky pastry crust; and the ingredients were an interesting combination that overall felt very light in terms of flavour.
Presented as a more sophiscated version, the lemon pie ($12) was basically a deconstructed lemon meringue pie. The lemon curd had a nice balance of sweetness and sourness to it with an added texture and crunch from the biscuit crumble. While I felt that the meringue was a tad too sweet for me, pairing it with a latte ($6) that was smooth and full-bodied with a dark roast, it was a perfect ending to my meal.
Ordered the crab tartine with avococado on sourdough, and really like it. On the pricier side, but pretty worth for the good food and ambience. Service was great too.
It was interesting to find iced latte ($6) served in an enamel vintage mug in a chic place. Brewed using Tiong Hoe coffee beans which are dark roast, the iced latte was aromatic and full-bodied with a subtle bitterness to it. Paired with pain au chocolat ($3.50), it was an ideal companion with the pastry's sweetness balancing out the coffee's bitterness and acidity. The pain au chocolat itself was light and flaky, with chocolate in every bite. Worth all the calories!
This was definitely on the pricier side, as were most things in the menu but the lovely vibes and friendly staff left me feeling satisfied with my meal overall! The eggs were poached perfectly, creamy hollandaise was a perfect match with the crunchy sourdough. The star of the dish was definitely the Bayonne ham, itβs not too salty if paired with the other components of the dish.
got the handmade fries with truffle mayo ($10+), 300g beef striploin with creamy mushroom ($47+), ravioles de royans ($18+), chocolate cake ($10+) & some mocktail & cider.
the ravioles de royan is basically french dumpling pasta filled with tete de moine cheese (no idea what cheese is that) but i enjoyed it way more than i thought i would and i rly regret getting the small portion of it π however, the homemade fries with truffle mayo and the steak wasn't anything mind blowing π©π© the chocolate cake was rly rich in flavour bc its rly thicccc (not those sponge cake type) so its good to share as it may get abit jelat.
overall i would defo come back for the ravioles and try some of their other dishes as well hehe π
Decent pain au chocolat, not wow-ed but not disappointed as well.
Service was really good though, staff was very attentive and kept checking in with us.
Vibes on point as well, as I was lucky enough to get the balcony seats

With Bayonne ham, portobello mushroom, hollandaise sauce.
The sauce was so good and went well with everything! Love everything on the plate except that the bayonne ham was a tad too salty. Abit pricey as well

this place needs no introduction. if youβre looking for a place for a celebration, get together with loved ones, this is the place to be. amazing service crew, top ambience, food was simply delicious needless to say. second consecutive year i chose to celebrate my birthday hereπ
This dish was alright, nothing extraordinary. Probably wouldnβt order this again for $21. The star of this dish might have been the crispy Bayonne ham. Like any other eggs Benedict, devour it before the bread gets soggy~
The atmosphere of the place was lovely! Loved the warm lighting and decor. The staff there were friendly and really made sure that you had a pleasant dining experience with them. Food was served within 10 minutes!!π Will return to try other dishes.
May seem a little pricey for a small portion of pasta, but it definitely fills you up. Cheese-filled dumplings swimming in a cheesy cream sauce, itβs screaming nothing but CHEESE! Love how savoury the dish was, and the beautiful presentation.
Comes with a piece of sea salt dark chocolate. While the latte itself was alright, the sweetness of the chocolate complemented the coffee almost perfectly! Such a nice combo ~
