Brought the fiancee because she loves umeshu. She picked this on top of the tasting set as she likes tea too.

Brought the fiancee because she loves umeshu. I love hard tacos, but the fatal flaw here was the mediocre chicken, which spoilt everything.

Brought the fiancee because she loves umeshu. We added this because the prawns in the ramen were very good quality. The problem here was it's way too salty.

Brought the fiancee because she loves umeshu. I've always liked dry ramen so this was generally okay. Prawns were high quality. But it's spicier than we thought and the noodle was the hard kind.

Brought the fiancee because she loves umeshu. That's the dish's name. Lovely texture, featuring well-fried exterior and gooey interior, but the uni taste wasn't as strong as hoped.

Brought the fiancee because she loves umeshu. Three tasting flights. (From left) Pineapple, yuzu, blood orange. The first had the highest alcohol so it's for those who prefer that. It's not really for me. The others were nice too.

If you order a set meal for takeout from this restaurant, be sure to check carefully whether all your side dishes are included.

($9.90) My friend ordered with add-on gyoza and yuzu soda ($6).

($9.90) It's under lunch deal so I asked my friends whether they wanted to try their ramen. I felt that their ramen portion was quite small tbh. My friend did topped up for size. The ramen noodle was quite thick and chewy texture. I felt that it's not that spicy and strong umami taste for overall. Need to mix it up evenly before eating dry ramen.

Passing this busy street for so many years, this is actually my first time visiting this Halal Japanese restaurant.

Ordered their beef ramen and felt a bit disappointed. The broth itself was delicious but not strong enough to me for how a ramen broth supposed to be.

Thankfully the beef slices are tender enough to enjoy. But sadly not a decent ramen that would make me want to come back.

The Signature Nagoya Dry Prawn Ramen was packed with flavours. It features a mazesoba-style dry ramen with seasoned minced meat, seared prawns and onsen meat. Tossing everything together with the special sauce, each slurp of the springy noodle was savoury, slightly spicy and creamy, and the prawns were fresh and perfectly cooked. Pair it with a glass of umeshu or a Umeshu Tasting Set with flight of 3 to get the full experience.
