Welcome to Enchanted Cafe, where enchantment meets gastronomy! Step inside to indulge in delicious mains including their mouth-watering Beef Bolognese ($16.90) which features linguine with minced beef, doused in a tomato-based sauce.

got d 1-1 brunch - limited to either almond butter or avocado sourdough! wish it was listed clearer as we went there thinking more options were available for the 1-1 brunch:( but nonetheless, they were very very generous with the almond butter and it was literally dripping LOL eggs were super silky, and sourdough was toasted nicely! we added on sour plum sweet potato fries which had a nice balance of salty and sour and stayed crispy for a long time! however its a small cosy place with limited seats so come during non peak hours!

This was supposed to be the highlight of my birthday party. Everyone oohed and ahhed over the exquisite buttercream flowers until we sliced it open and put it into our mouths. Grimaces all around the table. Overly dense, it was like eating elderflower flavoured kueh. Taste would've been great, but the kueh texture was absolutely horrendous, the worst of any cake I've ever eaten, even compared to any neighbourhood confectionery. It's like the baker could only decorate cakes but not actually bake them.

Just look at the photo, from the surface and cross section you can tell it's not spongey and even looks like kueh. Tell me you want your $80 cake to look and taste like this.

We couldnt finish it and had to throw the bottom half away because nobody wanted seconds. I kept it in the fridge and tried to have it for dessert the next couple days but the kueh texture seriously put me off.

4 months on and I still think about this failure of a cake every time I see whole cakes. It kind of ruined my milestone party. So I had to post this review as a warning to birthday peeps enamoured by the prettiness of the bakery's cakes like I was. Have seen good reviews by others so I'd say hit and miss, at your own risk, depending on if you prefer form over substance.

I'd give 5/5 for presentation and prettiness though, to be fair all their bakes are super duper pretty. I'd have uploaded a photo of the pretty exterior but burpple only allows me to upload 1 photo, and you can see all their pretty photos on the website anyway, quite true to life.

My constructive feedback is that perhaps the baker could go for a refresher course on how to bake cakes in order not to disappoint customers.

Just posting the truth. A bakery charging $80 for a cake should be able to bake a proper cake the first time round. No amount of refunds can make up for a cake with a kueh texture.

Gorgeous piece of art that looks great to eat. It's a bit on the sweeter side because it's a caramel based tart. The hazelnut and chocolate gave the layer of crunchiness and the tart base was buttery and crusty. Not bad but not wow.

Mediocre cafe food. Crabmeat was decent, but a little too creamy. The scrambled eggs were decent too, though on the tougher spectrum of scrambled eggs, whereas I prefer them fluffy. Salad vegetables were ok but strangely salty and a little oily. The toast didn’t have the characteristic tangy sourness of sourdough, so it just tasted like normal crusty bread. Probably the best features of this cafe are its quietness, the pleasant staff, and the fact that it’s open 24/7 – big pluses in my opinion.

Price 💰: $14.90
Verdict 🙇🏻‍♀️: We were pleasantly surprised by the linguine with bacon and mushroom as the ingredients used were really fresh! There was abit of truffle flavour as well!

Salted Caramel Cheesecake & Belgium Chocolate Crepe Cake 🍰 Crepe cakes are my favourite cause I like to eat them layer by layer (please tell me I'm not the only one) but sadly the chocolate crepe cake isn't up to my expectation sigh. Nevertheless good save by the cheesecake! Initially I thought it will be really sweet since it's salted caramel but no it's not! And it's surprisingly good & it's those dense dense kind. Didn't expect myself to like the cheesecake more than the crepe cake. Should just opt for that instead of getting the crepe cake 😂 #myheartapprove the cheesecake but not the crepe cake.

These mini snickers cupcakes are chocolate flavoured, filled with milk chocolate. The frosting is whipped cream, drizzled with caramel and topped with a chunk of a snicker bar.

These pretty cupcakes come at a reasonable price and you get to select flavours ranging from chocolate, vanilla, vanilla with chocolate chips and red velvet. This place is halal certified and the people I gave them to liked them as well.

Enchanted Cafe by Mosanco shouldn’t be a name that is unfamiliar for those who have been following the cafe scene for a while — the cafe is perhaps better known for their bottled brews which have been making the rounds on social media during the nation’s Circuit Breaker, and had recently opened its doors at Bukit Timah Plaza replacing now-defunct Our Secret Garden Cafe.

Went for the Oreo Crepe Cake to go with the Cold Brew (White), considering we made our visit here after dinner having passed by the place whilst walking around the area. The Oreo Crepe Cake does remind me a lot of the one from First Love Patisserie in the past — thin crepe layers smothered with light pastry cream that comes with a slight hint of buttercream notes whilst also coming with layers of soft chocolate cookies within; almost akin to that of a aptly sweet cookies and cream flavour with the textures of the various elements being pretty consistent to the pastry cream and very easy-to-eat. A great companion to the Cold Brew (White) — a slightly sweetened, milky concoction that comes with nutty notes that is pretty decent; something I wouldn’t mind having again, which I am pretty glad that they are now located somewhere closer and easier for me to have a convenient cold brew fix at Beauty World!

My mother was craving some chocolate cake, so my brother got her some as mother's day part 2.

The cake is quite moist and chocolatey. My only gripe is that it is a little too sweet for my taste, but overall not bad!
