The fried pomfret, was super crispy you can even eat the tail. Garnished with pomegranate for bursts of sweetness; with a side of thin, salted lotus root crisps.

Seabass Pasta was pretty enjoyable - the nori cream tagliatelle was al dente, flavour a tad mild but I liked the play of textures here with the addition of tobiko and pickled radish to cleanse your palate. Seabass was brined before pan-searing, skin was still crisp!

One of my fav dish - Seabass pasta with Nori tagliatelle, pickled radish, tobiko! Love the Nori cream on the tagliatelle, loaded with umami bomb, perfect contrast to the pickled radish and crunchy tobiko

Doenjang butter, barley, sugar snap, cauliflower. A rather light option. The barley was very fragrant and had a good bite to them. Love the texture of the grouper too, firm yet moist!

Homemade curry with fried mantou. Brilliant choice to soak up all the sauce. Alternatively, you can also opt for the curry mussels pasta!

Roasted prawns with seaweed butter and braised kelp ❤️ prawns were grilled to such perfection, and it’s sweetness was well complimented by the umami from my the seaweed butter and the savory braised kelp
