Tom’s Palette is known for its unique and creative gelato flavours that are usually rotating as they have since created too many flavours to have them all in the shop. Their ice cream is made with fresh and raw ingredients, handmade without the addition of stabilisers, premixes or artificial flavouring.

The flavours which are available during my visit include Granny’s Favourite, Chocolate Sorbet, Rum & Raisin, Almond Biscuit, Banana Chocolate, Banana Honey Roasted Nuts, Chocolate Stout, Oreo Cheesecake, Goma & Sesame Brittle. Honey Cinnamon, Lychee, Salted Caramel Cheesecake, Salted Egg Yolk, Yuzu, Milo Dinosaur, Milk & Chocolate Almonds, Nuts & Such, Parmesan Cheese & Cream Crackers, Hojicha, Root Beer Float, Strawberry, Nutella Swirl, Earl Grey and Savoury Crunch.

One thing I like about them is the choice of having two flavours (for the same price) in a cup regardless of cup size which makes me not get bored from eating only one flavour in one go. The flavours we chose were Hojicha and Honey Cinnamon, Rum & Raisin and Yuzu. Hojicha was fragrant and earthy but a little on the sweet side while rum & raisin comes with a good amount of alcohol where a lot of places do not have such strong flavours compared to them.

⚫️white chocolate nori
i wanted to try this flavour for a long time ago but i aim for matcha, genimatcha, hojicha (tea based) last time. its quite nutty flavour tbh but its quite a bit sweet aftertaste.

⚫️dong ding oolong
remind me of @/chichasanchen.sg when they started to sell atas oolong milk tea 🧋 last 2 years ago. i really like tea based ice cream tbh compared to chocolate based ice cream.

The sweet blend of longan and red dates is one of the popular drinks, especially during Chinese festivals. They had longan red date gelato on their seasonal menu during my visit and I knew I got to give this a try.

The longan and red dates flavour was distinct and it was something predictable. I like the flavour at first bite and it only last for a while as I felt it was too sweet for me. Thankfully we are allowed to mix 2 flavours in a cup and I got rum & raisin to the rescue. The texture of these 2 flavours are on the softer side, melts too fast and is a little too sweet in general.
