Raspberry white chocolate ice cream, Butter cookies, Meringue, Rum.
This is amazing but the meringue is too sweet for me to handle.πŸ˜… The portion quite big also. Recommend to share. The rum just made everything in it taste better. With the flame on to create a smooth burnt taste and give a more prominent profile.

Over baked apples, Walnut streusel, Vanilla ice cream.
One of the best apple crumble I had. Loads of hot caramelised crunchy apples underneath the spams of walnut streusel crumbles topped with vanilla ice cream.

Complimentary bread, butter & garlic while waiting for the meat to come. You can request more if you want to. The garlic is smooth, mushy & yummy.

300g, 365 days grain fed. Medium rare.
Paired one plate with red wine sauce & the other with wholegrain whiskey mustard. Meat was more succulent and more texture. I like the whiskey mustard more as it carry a vinegary note that helps to cure the dull meaty taste.

Australia Beef, 1 Kg, medium rare. Thick cut, meaty and chewy. Lightly seasoned. Taste wise was decent but I expected more from them.
Sides with yukon potato salad in sour cream topped with mushrooms and saute green peas with shaved jamon & a fried egg.
The green peas was delicious.
