With #BurppleBeyond's 1-for-1 deal: 1-for-1 Gelato (Single/Double Scoop) and 1-for-1 Sliced Cake, bring a loved one along ๐Ÿซถ

Got 1-for-1 via Burpple Beyond. We took the double scoop each and they taste delicious. The chocolate is decadent and not too sweet, the french vanilla has a caramel-like sweetness to it that is seriously addictive. Sadly pistachio flavor is off the list for the Beyond offer, else would be fan taser

Double scoop gelato $9 nett incl GST

One of the better chocolate cakes around.

The creamy chocolate coating and chocolate filling masks the dryness of the layer cake.

Chocolate Origin chocolates never disappoint!

This dark chocolate truffle was pleasantly bitter and melts in the mouth.

Finally figured out how they prepare this one-cup dessert with cold vanilla ice cream below and a warm chocolate cake with molten topping.

Thereโ€™s no denying how chocolatey the chocolate cake is. Itโ€™s awesome, and the cake is almost fudge-like as itโ€™s so dense. The chocolate lava is actually drizzled on top of the cake after, and itโ€™s gloriously warm and incredibly chocolatey as well. To mellow out the chocolate, thereโ€™s vanilla ice cream below so both of the layers create a nice texture, flavour and temperature contrast thatโ€™s heavenly. The ice cream felt more marshmallow fluff-like as though I was having some melted whipped cream, so Iโ€™d have preferred a denser ice cream. Overall, for $5.50, I canโ€™t really complain. I would even just buy it for the chocolate lava layer and ignore the cream but thatโ€™s just me.

The cake layers are so thin and the dark chocolate cream layers are so thick and rich!! ๐Ÿซ So sinfully delicious ๐Ÿคค

Disappointed by the lack of darkness in this chocolate cake. No bittersweetness, no chocolatey goodness

Was expecting a darker brown colour cake than this because it seems similar to their milk chocolate counterpart. Felt that the bitter dark chocolate aftertaste is not really prominent and is kind of abit too sweet to be call as a dark chocolate cake. Nevertheless, the cake is still quite nice. Not too jelak even with such a thick chocolate taste. Paired it with a cuppa of cuppacino to end off the high tea session

Wow...chocalicious stuff here. I tried a slice of their original cake. It was mind blowing. Their latte art was adorable too!

Mixture of ice (ice cream) and fire (lava cake) ๐Ÿ”ฅโ„๏ธ

The chocolate lava was quite chocolatey, mix with the vanilla ice cream at the bottom to balance up the sweetness from the chocolate. Suggest to finish off the cake first and leave the chocolate lava for the ice cream.

Love it not so sweet and not so bitter too. Rich dark chocolate.

๐Ÿ‘ถ๐Ÿผ &what's a birthday celebration without cake?! We got cake from @chocolateorigin which was sooooo good, I could secretly have it all to myself. The layers of dark chocolate fudge & sponge cake sat so well side by side & was coated with even more chocolate! They blended so well in merriment, it was a party in my belly!

Meowwwwwwwwww ๐Ÿ˜บ $7, but it was quite a huge cup. Maybe I'm too slow a drinker my mocha became diluted halfway through, boo.

It was not really up to my expectation but the cake there is still nice and the lava was thick. What I didn't like was just the ice cream, it didn't really suits the cake. Otherwise, I felt that it was weird as normal lava cakes is when you cut open the cake, the lava will spill out but for this the cake has a hole in the middle and they just pour the lava into the hole.

I just love the chocolate. A must to try if you are a lava cake fan!
