Juicy guo tie always! Xiao long bao was a bit of let down as the meat is mushy... but rest of the food is good, also had the boiled dumplings which is quite nice. The service here is very good too.
Good light crispy exterior that was free of any greasy taste, the inside filled with smooth red bean fillings that were not so sweet in a good way. So good, this non-red bean lover had 2 (or 3?) pieces of this treat! (Or I was just really hungry).
Crispy, but uber moist and soft on the inside. This pizza is worth every ounce of oil used to fry that crispy exterior. The pork and chives combo is well season, so juicy that you need to be careful when taking the 1st bite. A dash of vinegar and ginger, and that bite just seal the deal!
Little golden potstickers, stuffed to the max with juicy mince and chives, pan-fried to a perfect crisp. The skin's thin, light, and surprisingly grease-free. Dunk that into some strong black vinegar, and top it with loads of shredded ginger: πππ
Dubbed the Chinese π, it's essentially a flaky, buttery pastry, filled with flavourful, juicy mince and lots of chives. Aside from how plain delish this is (not that anyone could ignore that), I really liked that it wasn't oily, and didn't leave any unpleasant residual greasy mouthfeel. The initial silence, and sighs of approval that ensued, was a huge clue as to how much we all loved it.
Made extraordinary by the "bo-iing bo-iing" mochi spread within, I adored every bite of this oil-free, lightly-crunchy red bean pancake. Coming from someone who prefers her "chendol" without red beans, that's saying a lot.
Crispy on the outside and juicy in the inside, these Pan-fried Mixed Seafood & Pork Dumplings ($10.50 for 10 pcs) came straight of the pan and prepared upon order. Recommended to proceed with caution as it might get too addictive that you just can't stop at one.

Quality of the food has been maintained consistently with minimal differences in standards in the outlets.
Besides the ever popular Chinese Pizza and Pan-fried Mixed Seafood & Pork Dumplings, another classic Shanghainese dish that you can get here is Zha Jiang Noodles ($7.50), comes with thick noodles drenched generously with a special minced pork and soya bean sauce, fresh sprouts, spinach and cucumbers. Delightful and slurp-worthy.

A few layers of pleasantly light, grease-free pastry of differing texture and flakiness is what gives this Chinese Pizza such distinctiveness. The juicy filling of minced pork and chives is very tasty too. I can understand why Burpple Tastemaker Julius Lim could not stop singing its praises. Thanks for introducing this dish to me π And thank you Lewis for being such a fabulous hand talent π
Bringing my hubby to go n have a taste of this. Not bad. But not too big portion.
$6.50/6pcs or $9.50/10pcs. Can barely taste any seafood in it, but juicy and thin skin.
This right here is a pretty strong move. Funky pork with chunks of prawn and a crispy bottom make for a tasty bite. #dontfakethefunk .
