They serve pork chop with buns, rice and noodles! I’d recommend the noodles too! Tasted a lot like wantan mee; springy and flavourful, paired very well with the juicy meat!
Ever since Tai Lei Lou Kei cease to exist in Malaysia, I’ve been craving for a good pork chop bun. So imagine my happiness when I found this in Lot 10!
Although not as delicious as TLLK’s rendition, I’m still happy with this; buttered buns and tender (VERY!) pork chop.
Pair it with a glass of HK milk tea and you’re set for a satisfying meal.
If you've somehow only got time for ONE place to eat at when you're in town, journey to this food hall in Lot 10 along Bukit Bintang. You'll be able to check many dishes off your eat-list here, from stellar Penang Duck Egg Char Kuey Teow (RM12.50) to Kim Lian Kee's signature Hokkien Mee (RM14.20) and Wanton Mee with Char Siew (from RM11.50). To share, go for the BBQ Combo (from RM28) – a platter of roasted duck and pork which Burppler Jaden Loh enjoyed both for its crunchy skin and savoury meat. Seafood lovers, look out for the Fried Crab Meehoon in Yam Gravy (from RM20) that sees fresh crab atop a mountain of springy mee hoon in a sweet yet light sauce.

Lot 10 Hutong still a good place to get all nice street food. Price: Forgotten but reasonable, Food: 7/10
KL Hokkien mee, Penang char kway teow, roast platter etc. Yes it's a foodcourt, but decent place for local food in comfort.
I can only say, don’t come to KL and eat Penang char kway Teow 😂😂
If you don’t have time to travel around KL, come straight to Lot 10 hutong, where one of the richest man in Malaysia brought together the 10 best food in KL to the same place.

Their roast duck has a crispy skin, with savoury tender meat. The roasted pork belly is so crispy that you can hear the loud crunchy sound! The meat is marinated, savoury and goes very well with chilli dips and a big bowl of rice. Can consider ordering their Char Siew the next time. Lot10 Hutong have a lot other great food such as the Pin Qian Klang Bak Kut Teh which has superb herberish soup base paired with tender meat

I was certainly curious to try the Singapore Hokkien Prawn Noodle (RM12.80) when Kong Tai was one of the featured stalls on the advertorials on KLIA Express. Is it really as good as what I can get in Singapore?
Well, the broth used for the cooking did have the prawn broth taste, and the yellow noodles and vermicelli combination was just right. Sadly, maybe it was close to closing time, the noodles did not come with any prawn, squid or fried lard, which are so critical in an authentic fried Hokkien prawn noodles. I would be more convinced also if the “wok hei” was present in this dish.
3.5 munchies: One has not been to KL if he has not eaten a plate of thick yellow noodles braised in dark soy sauce. Wok-fried over a raging charcoal fire, the noodles and other main ingredients such as squid, prawn, and cabbage were all flourished with smoky wok hei flavour. Crispy lard were also tossed into the noodles for an extra crunch and flavour. The sambal could have been a tad spicier, though. #Burpproved

Make that a double large order, which is what we did. The Hor Fun here is pan fried first and so it has tons of wok hei. Then an eggy beef filled sauce with spring onions is poured over it. So good! The beef is so tender and full of flavour.
So good. We left it for a bit and the mee hoon soaked up all the yam soup, making it more umami than ever.
When done right, it's just so good. I loved how they handled it here. So yummy. Wong Wok is such a hidden gem. Hidden in the basement of Lot 10, in a nook, it's a great place for zi char and all your fav dishes without having to sweat it out in the open air.
Utterly sinful and decadent. The sauce here is the bomb! I wished they served the fried mantous here. Still without them, it didn't deter me from just picking up spoonfuls of the butter sauce and savouring them as is.
Whilst this is not everyone's fav, the way it's served at Wong Wok was really good. The bittergourd was sliced really thin and you can't taste the bitterness at all. My family loved it. The soup was clear and a good balance to our otherwise fairly rich meal.
The original stall from KL Chinatown with a historical long background, it’s considered as one of the best Charcoal Stir Fried Dark Sauce Fat Yellow Udon - KL version of Hokkien Mee. Never a fan of yellow noodle and dark sweet sauce, I only recall the noodle was smoky springy and smell perfectly with the lard fritters but felt there’s still a lapse of the wok-char flavor, maybe the open kitchen and the wok used were too new and clean 😅. Somehow I still believe in street-food must street-eat 😆. Don’t go for it alone, Rm13.90 for such a big plate. #kimliankee #hokkienmee #lot10hutong #十号胡同
Located in the basement, I actually underestimated the size of this place. Many stalls with a good variety of hawker food all in 1 central location. I reckon this is a good place to start 😂
Ho Weng Kee's Wanton Mee with Char Siew (11.50 RM)
Noodles were great & springy. Don't expect much fats in the char siew, it's a little bit hard.
Chua Brothers' Penang Duck Egg Char Kuay Teow (12.50 RM)
A bit salty - maybe the duck egg? The hum was juicy & so were the prawns though.
