($16.80) I decided to choose Christmas seasonal dish for 2 cold and 1 warm. it's a long time never eat muji food since last 2 years ago. I choose parsnip and pear salad and roasted butternut squash and turkey ham salad for cold. It got strong festive taste tbh. I chose cranberry red wine chicken for warm. But I felt that it's quite sweet and a bit jelak for me tbh. as usual, I choose 16 grains rice and also miso soup.
Cafe & Meal Special
($9.35) Hojicha Biscoff Castella w Mulberry Juice. I finally tried their xmas edition for dessert. I felt that it's quite strong tea and earthy taste tbh with a bit of biscoff taste.
Don't be fazed by the name. I overcame it and it's one of the best soups I've tasted. Incredibly pleasant.
Omelette with Japanese mushroom sauce, golden sesame-crusted salmon with shoyu leek sauce. The omelette is brimming with ingredients and the salmon is worth ordering.
Kohi pork & king oyster mushroom, pasta & mushroom salad in truffle ranch dressing, pulled pork & potato salad. The pork chops were tender but tasted like marmite. I loved the truffle mushrooms. Mixing pork into potato salad is a great idea.
Love this refreshing fruity kale n cheese salad paired with tender pork - wanna go back there again and again! Cannot go wrong with Muji cafe!
This curried chicken paired well with duck salad- another nutritious sumptuous dinner at Muji cafe!
I chose one hot and one cold dish for 2 deli set ($13.80) as its a couple of month that I didn't went it bck. I didn't order usual stuff as I didn't feel well and also cutting down a bit. I really like kelp salad and taste like similar to china's cold dish style.

I’ve always loved the Jewel Set Meal at Muji Cafe Jewel and I’ve missed it ever since they decided to close that outlet there. This is my first time trying another Muji Cafe - quality is pretty standard but the portions seem pretty small considering the price. Overall experience is okay.
Choice of one hot deli and one cold deli, hijiki or an onsen egg, miso soup or carrot soup and a soft roll bun or rice (16 grain or white).
Feels like the japanese version of caifan. It includes 1 hot deli and 2 cold deli with soup and rice. For hot deli, ordered garlic pork & roots vegetable in togarashi sauce. For cold deli, ordered thick omelette with japanese styled mushroom sauce and hijiki seaweed with tofu salad. I think the best dish for was the hijiki seaweed with tofu salad. Pork was quite tender and the omelette came with lots of vegetables in it. Portion was sufficient. You can choose either miso soup or cumin carrot soup and i would highly recommend the carrot soup. It is thick, creamy and tasty and served hot. Wish i could have like 5 bowls of it. Definitely coming back again!
This chicken leg is slow brined with sage, then roasted to finish, resulting in the chicken meat being moist and tender, pulling easily off the bone.

The yummy both of peas, tomato, and dashi seaweed stock lend a lovely savoury earthy sweet flavour to the chicken. Rather filling portion too.

Quintessentially Japanese
Some days you just feel like immersing yourself in a place that doesn’t make you feel like you are in singapore and what better than cafe Muji.
The concept of a store plus cafe is alluring and works to reward any tired shopper.
I skipped the set and went for an alar carte order which worked out pretty fine .
The kale and Apple salad and the black fungus hijiki salad were great but the Japanese egg omelette was a letdown - pretty hard and stiff. It would have worked better if it was served warm .
Nevertheless - the variety made up and this was still a pleasant meal 🥘 😊 .
A novel experience trying Muji Cafe food. Portions were a tad small but still delicious nonetheless! Comes with plenty of choices for hot deli and cold deli.
3 deli set comes with:
- 1 hot deli and 2 cold deli
- choice of 16 grain rice or white rice or bread
- choice miso or cumin carrot soup
Because I preferred the cold deli to the hot ones, it is better to get 3 deli + cold instead of 4 deli (2 hot deli + 2 cold deli). The ala carte price for a hot deli is $4.80 and $2.80 for the cold.
Hot deli:
Sakura chicken with curry miso mayo and dried chili. Tender and flavorful chicken chunks!
Cold deli: Smoked duck and honey sesame duo sweet potato tossed in tangy yuzu vinaigrette, orecchiette pasta & mushroom salad with truffle ranch dressing, triple nut (pinenut, walnut & chestnut) roasted pumpkin and capsicum salad tossed in maple balsamic vinaigrette
Loved the sweetness of the soup and how it goes with the bread. There is something for everyone and the desserts looked really tempting too. Will be back again for those.

3 deli set comes with a hot deli and 2 cold deli, rice and soup.
For the soup you get a choice between miso and cumin carrot soup. Go with the carrot soup. I adore it it's delicious.
I upgraded my which rice to 16 grain brown rice free of charge because I like the chewy texture of the grains.
I got the sakura chicken, truffle mushroom pasta and the smoked salmon salad. I could taste the truffle in the pasta and the mandarin oranges in the salad balanced out the smoked salmon. The chicken had miso and spice and it was tender.
2 Deli Set ($12.80) with my favorite multi grains rice that I really love the feel & texture 😱 creamy & rich carrot soup 🥕 and silky smooth onsen egg 🥚 Perfect!

Orecchiette pasta tossed with roasted mushrooms, pine nuts, cherry tomatoes in truffle ranch dressing and chestnuts bits. The nuts & bits added another level of enjoyment 😋

Fried chicken chunks with sweet chilli mayonnaise dressing. I like the tint of sweetness but would be wonderful if the chilli was spicier for that missing kick 😋

Lunch kaki had the Hot Milk Tea ($5.90) and it was too sweet 😝
