It’s back! @mcdsg’s scrambled eggs burgers are back! Seems a little coincidental that this came hot on the heels of an egg burger place’s opening on our sunny island 🙊
But this was as good as I remember it to be. Soft, pillowy buns sandwiching fluffy scrambled eggs and melted cheese. That chicken patty needs no further introduction and paired with everyone’s favourite hash brown, it’s a brilliant start to the day! ☀️
PGFN started as a food stall back in 1982 and now they have expanded with franchises across the island.
Their fishball was really chewy and soft, no wonder they could have so many branches.

Colleague tried the new Grilled Chicken Sandwich ($6.20) while I ate the Crispy Fish Sandwich ($6.20) - the patties aren’t exactly new if you ask me 🧐.
The grilled chicken is the one from the McD salad/wrap while the crispy fish has been presented before in the form of fish & chips by McD. Just that they zhng-ed up the patties into a burger with lettuce 🥬, chargrill sauce, chicken bacon 🥓, white cheddar cheese 🧀, and semolina buns 🍔

Good morning! McGriddles is back! Have you had yours yet? The goodness of a maple syrup infused muffin sandwiching a sausage patty and cheese covered egg would make any morning a great one!
The Pandan Cone ($1) hits the sweet spot. The Pandan flavour is not too strong and not too light in my opinion. The only pitfall for the ice cream is that it melts too fast but I keep my expectations realistic for a quick $1 dessert fix.
I haven’t had Mac’s ice cream for a while and it reminds me of my distant secondary school days. Oh you gotta love the taste of nostalgia.
but i was wrong. its just 2 patties from mclaosai. albeit a less spicier version.

Have you tried this yet? McDonald's take on local flavours this year is the prawn paste chicken! I believe that the chicken could be marinated with the prawn paste instead of applying it as a mayo sauce on the bun. As @6_df mentioned, putting chicken and prawn paste together does not make it prawn paste chicken. But gotta say that the chicken is really tender and juicy though! And the bun has more structural integrity than the usual buns 😂 I didn't had to get my hands oily because the bun disintegrated towards the end as with the McSpicy 😂
Can the criss-cut fries be a staple on the menu please, @mcdsg ?

It was not bad and I love the Fishcake that was included for my set meal. Medium bowl of Ba Chor Mee set comes with a cup of Barley/Lime Juice and one side of your choice at $6.90 👍🏻
