The seafood is very fresh and the broth quite yummy. Service is proactive, friendly and extremely professional. That makes for a satisfying hotpot experience. All of this comes at a price (about $110 per pax); that’s why it’s a 4-star and not 5-star. If it were located in Dempsey or the Orchard Rd area, it would be even more expensive !

Stingray 4ever serves a Plethora of fresh seafood, from sotong to prawns to crabs to Lobsters etc etc.

But the main thing u will ever come here for, is for their stingray. The stingray can be cooked in their signature sambal or with Garlic Butter.

But I have always been a sucker for sambal Stingray, and that's what I went with.

The sambal portion is adequate, the meat was fresh and meat easily slides off the bone.

$18 portion damn alot, easily $20++ at other locations like the InfamOus Bedok85.

The Sotong tasted fresh and the sambal was sweet & damn flavourful, a great sauce to go with white rice for sure.

The Crayfish can be cooked in either their signature chilli sauce, or the equally awesome Garlic Butter Sauce.

Total of 4 Crayfish @ $42, price is by weight, rather expensive, but the crayfish was fresh and meaty. And it was grilled well, meat was not overcooked whatsoever.

Always a classic order at a seafood restaurant and a personal fav of mine.

Some places over fry it but they do it just right here!

It’s unique, the garlic and sauce gives it a super nice flavour, and the noodles gives it a different texture as well!

Decent black pepper crab, but don’t get the Canadian crab - the meat is kinda lean and less juicy.

Dempsey’s branch is better for the atmosphere, but if you’re in this area get the outdoor seating with the sea view!

Pretty great place when you need something to snack on in the Park. Outdoor seating has fans, the place is quite cosy and tidy. Overall, great!

Amazing truffle mushroom pizza. First time trying a white pizza and wasn’t disappointed. Pricy ++ but beachside ambience nice. Sticky toffee pudding is also amazing, you’ll roll outta there
