I found this ice cream shop right at the entrance of Universal Studios at Resort World Sentosa and seems very popular among the tourists.
Carnival Ice Cream serves 36 types of flavours everyday and their Italian ice cream flavours are made freshly.
I wasn’t sure what they used to make this flavour called the Barcelona. But it tasted sweet enough and strong nut taste.
Cherry Blossom with Yuzu - The blush pink snowskin is filled with a tangy yuzu-flavoured white snow lotus paste that is deliciously luxurious and rich in antioxidants. Thumbs up for including bits of yuzu into the creamy paste for that extra bite of zestiness.

It’s an interpretation of a Christmas Noël Ball with a red coconut praline shell made using French Ruby Chocolate.
When lift up, it will reveal a trove of sweet treats – elderflower-infused sponge, almond biscuits, crunchy nutty streusel, custard, a confit of red fruits and more.

It just opened at Resorts World Sentosa and you’ll find a few of his classics (the lobster is there) but the interesting additions are the seasonal ramens - laksa, bak kut teh, and mee pok.
The 1st to kick in is the laksa, a spicy, coconut-y stock, available till March; the BKT is an improved peppery version of the original, and you can add vinegar to the mee pok to make it more legit.

Double-boiled soup of their signature Tonkotsu and bonito, served with thin, firm Hosomen ramen and seared pork cheek slices. The bonito added a savoury and smoky depth to the tonkotsu broth, a unique flavour to the usual umami base!
✅ Butariki Ishinabe ($13.90++)
Japanese style hot-stone bibimbap! Bed of premium Koshihikari rice, topped with a mixture of pan-fried and barbequed pork and raw egg. Mixed together upon the addition of a secret sauce. This dish has a sweet, smoky flavour, together with the creaminess from the egg and the succulent marinated meat slices. Yummy!
meh. They cook in such large batches that the noodles turned out dry and lacking in wok hei and flavour. Chilli was the saving grace

Grilled meat platter (by @slake.sg) was really cooool with their fancy 3m tall bbq pit at the beach 😋😋 It’s not gimmicky cos this was my FAVE meat platter and pretty value-for-money w absolutely delicious sides like the grilled corn 🌽
Iced chendol drink (also by @craftb.sg): AVOID at all costs. Lol. Too much ice and the gula melaka ended up as frozen lumps at bottom of the drink :/

We’ve tried their Kaisen dons, ramen, unagi, yakisoba, udon, tamago and yakitori but what we love were the desserts that they offered, especially the matcha parfait (SGD10)! The matcha ice cream was very intense and leaned towards the bitter side which is what we look out for 💕 Another favourite would be the Premium Mikawa Isshiki Grilled Eel Donburi (SGD10). The unagi was grilled nicely and drizzled with sweet unagi sauce but the unagi itself could have been plumper for a more enjoyable feel in the mouth.

1) Original/Matcha Green Tea/Chestnut Pudding Dora - Kikuya(1 for $3.50, 3 for $10)
Flavoured Pudding that that is sandwiched between soft & fluffy pancakes. A nice dessert munchies if your mouth is itchy for a little sweet bite.😍🍮
2) Kaisen Don(Seafood Bowl) - Otaru Poseidon Sohonten(Small - $10, Regular - $20)
For those who wan to satisfy their craving for either Uni, Scallop or Ikura. Freshness of it is not really there but still acceptable. Ikura yummy.
3) Unagi Kabayaki - Manna Ya($20)
Not so soft but tender eel with slightly crisp skin slathered in sweet sauce. Enough for a taste of it.
4) Ika-meshi - Ikameshi Abesyoten($11)
Basically, rice wrapped in squid. Firm chewy squid that give its flavour to the rice in it.🦑🍚
5) Fresh Melon Soft Serve - Sapporo YaoKyu($20)
Hokkaido Milk Soft Serve on top of half a melon. Melon wasn't sweet enough but the Soft Serve is addicting. So addicting till we get a mix flavour of Hokkaido Milk & Yubari Melon Soft Serve Cone($5).🍈🍦
6) Matcha Parfait - Hanayashiki Ukifuneen ($10)
Matcha fans will love this as the ice cream was dense and the sweetness was just right.
7) Authentic Tea House Brand Drinks($3)
If you use your mastercard to pay for food more than or equal $15 on a single receipt, you will get a free drink which is redeemable from the drinks station.
After the food, chill yourself either at the live cultural performances or join in for a movie.
Oh... If you spend a total of $50 on a single receipt or split receipts that add to $50, proceed to the Spend & Redeem booth to get yourself a goody bag.
