The steak was cooked just nice for medium rare. Quite tender and easy to chew.

great place for a cute little dinner & drinks w the girlies 💗 moscato was $12 for 2, highballs were $10 for 2 during happy hour!!! not too shabby either~

mentaiko pasta was actl pretty good - v generous amount of mentaiko sauce & tobiko! definitely for sharing though w the creaminess of the sauce 🍝

felt that the gyu sando ($28++) was a rly huge miss for me ☹️ def not worth it's price point at all... the beef flavour felt so flat & the bread was js white toast (kinda lameeee). it was rly a what u see is what u get

truffle fries were not bad! q normal but u will like it if u like thick cut fries, but rly nothing to shout about hahahaha

ok but fr will recommend to try if you're around the area! but will i go down just for this? maybe not 😆😆

Been meaning to try out this place in Upper Thompson because it’s slightly less expensive when compared to giants like Columbus and Hello Arigato in the neighborhood.

I’m glad I finally got around to it, because the Smoked Salmon Eggs Benny was much better than I expected, especially for the price ($16.90)! The poached eggs were sufficiently runny, and the portion was fairly large. On a whole, I thought the dish tasted quite good.

The latte was also decent, slightly cheaper than the normal cafe fare as well. Unfortunately I couldn’t try their famous smoked duck spaghetti, which I’ve eaten many years ago in the Ci Yuan branch.

Worth a visit - if I ever come back to this ‘hood, I’ll be happy to return here for lunch again!

We ordered the truffle chicken main and really enjoyed it. Chicken was juicy and tender. Fries were fresh snd cruisp. Loved it. 🥰

Their insta-worthy tamago sando was something we definitely had to order. We all know Japan is famous for its convenience store tamago sandos and this was like a zhngged up and elevated version of it. Japanese 𝑬𝒈𝒈 𝑴𝒂𝒚𝒐, 𝑻𝒂𝒎𝒂𝒈𝒐𝒚𝒂𝒌𝒊, 𝑨𝒋𝒊𝒕𝒂𝒎𝒂 𝑬𝒈𝒈, was a triple eggsplosion! 🥚💥 Every bite was a mouthful of creamy egg and soft fluffy sando. Die hard egg lovers would definitely appreciate this.

This was a refreshing cold noodle dish featuring thin and smooth japanese somen immersed in a chilled tom yum broth. Similarly, this featured thinly sliced hokkaido sashimi scallops, and also blue swimmer crab too! The fresh seafood was topped off with ikura, adding a seafood sweetness that went well with the sourness of the broth. This didn’t really taste spicy to us, so not to worry if you don’t take spice well!
