💸: $18

💬: Thick truffle-rich cream, imagine that slathered in between two pieces of chewy schiacciata and tell me that you are not gonna order that.

💸: $14

💬: Would never have bought a tiramisu when I can make one on my own, but when it is layered with a thick pistachio ganache and tastes like literal heaven on earth, there's no need for words, we just gotta order that good shit

💸: $19

💬: Have never had saffron-anything ever, but after this plate, I might just make it a necessity in my life.
The shape of the orecchiette also made it perfect for scooping up the sauce and bits of pork sausage
For a plate of pasta as plain-looking as this, it sure packed a punch

This Italian joint, equally well known for their pizzas and this shiny number to for a sweet finish to your meal.
Layered with thicc creamy mascarpone and sweetened Sicilian pistachio paste, I loved that they retained the coffee soak within those lady finger sponges instead of removing the caffeine element entirely.
I always have one after my meal here and another one to-go.

The Orecchiette ($19) really blew my mind 🤯 I rarely spend so much on pasta outside as I feel that I can easily whip it out but wow the depth of flavour... You’ve got to try it out!! So deliciously meaty and creamy! The little bits of sausage provided bursts of flavour and omgggg so shiok to scrap the bits up at the end.

The pizza ($9) was delicious, but i found the crust to be a little too thick. It still maintained a nice crunch though and my partner who is a bread lover LOVED it. The bread itself wasn’t overly oily, the grease mainly came from the cheese and pepperoni, but it was so satisfying.

I would say the Porchetta ($9) was the weakest out of the three dishes pictured. While the meat was moist and the skin was quite crunchy, i’m not sure if it was worth the price tag. I feel like some sio bak that i’ve had were better and cheaper than this. But nearly every table ordered it, i would say it was worth trying but it was not mindblowing.

We’ve ordered the Pistachio Tiramisu ($14, not pictured) as well. Honestly it tasted pretty average, but the thin layer of pistachio made it taste more special. Personally not a fan of cakes with too much cream, so this wasn’t for me.

The bill came out to $60 after GST for 2. Would definitely be back to try more of their pastas and pizzas 🤤

The usual hangout for good rustic Italian fare. This establishment is really popular with in the neighbourhood.
The Orecchiette Pasta ($19) was perfectly al dante and had strong notes of saffron and pork. I liked that it was topped with what I believe to be crispy pork which added a much needed crunchy element to the dish.
