Their rendition has springy rice vermicelli noodles, crisp garlic chives, crisp bean sprouts, spongy tofu puffs, and bouncy hard boiled chicken egg, with grainy vegetal herbal eggy sweet savoury flavour.

And not forgetting the scrumptious sidekicks: signature meat & seafood rolls and crispy squid prawn cakes — great for sharing. 💖

This is quite delicious. Flesh was firm, but there's a lot of gelatinous parts and cartilage which was lovely
Mainly a minced meat patty, topped w small bits of salted fish. Tender w a little bit of chew, pepper taste was present and overall mild profile

One of the very best versions for home style. Bittergourd texture was good, not v bitter at all. Salted egg was mildly savoury and not overly salty, works V well
The french bean had a lovely umami from the hae bee. Their hae bee is rlly sth
The taupok has a very strong bite, very unique. Braise is the same as their pig trotters braised. Unfortunately they don't sell just 1 I think
Strongly flavourful and umami despite the clear soup. However a little peppery
Fish is fresh and the price is reasonable
Comfort dish and eat with porridge is the best
White restaurant definitely serves 1 of the better white bee hoon u will ever have.
Used to order these at least twice a month on food delivery app when i stayed at punggol previously.
Their other zhi char dishes are ok, but the main reason u are here, is for their white beehoon!
