Opted for the mini but portion was still a little too much for me. Loved how generous they were with the cubes of fresh sashimi, ratio to rice was great! Mushroom burdock rice is used instead of the typical sushi rice.

I believe this was about $60 for all the layers of goodness? Very similar concept and style to the likes of House of Chirashi at East Village which is way nearer to my place. Pretty decent for a Japanese place in the heartlands but I have something similar near me so I probably will not visit unless Iโ€™m in the vicinity.

Hana Bara ($18.80)
You wonโ€™t be able to get such a premium-tasting chirashi don at this price point anywhere else. Pictured is the โ€˜miniโ€™ and yet the portion was still ridiculously generous! The assorted sashimi was definitely fresh and of good quality. Below it is fragrant japanese mushroom rice which was pretty unique. Only drawback for some people (not for me), would be that the edible flowers that decorate the bowl, though pretty, may rub off on the sashimi and give it a bit of a floral taste!

Newly opened chirashi restaurant @chirashisora at Potong Pasir helmed by former Kaunta and House of Chirashi head chef @kevin_wee_sg โœจ Their chirashi bowls are too beautiful to eat๐Ÿฅฐ ๐Ÿ‘€ they are really generous with the sashimis (to the point where we cannot finish ๐Ÿซข) each piece is a slice of omakase quality cut ! ๐Ÿ˜

The most aesthetically appealing bowl of rice; generous portion of assorted raw fish cubes, tamago, cucumber & edamame, etc; raw items are fresh & firm; love the fluffy & flavorful mushroom rice at the bottom; with wasabi & pickled ginger at the side; looks small but filling; taste good on its own without the need for soy sauce dip..

Abit too salty for me but those who like Saba alot enjoyed it. No overly fishy taste, pretty fresh. The torching is definitely an IG worthy experience!

Beef is okay tender only, perhaps cause we took too long to take picture. Might taste better if you eat it once it's served.

Crispy, fluffy coating that was still crispy after we took some time to shoot. The meat within had a nice, firm bite. Definitely worth it at this price point!

Lightly salted, it brings out the sweetness of the beef and melts in the mouth. Super shiok!
