原味烤梨汤
The boiled pear soup dessert from Summer Bliss offers a delightful blend of flavours and textures, featuring tender roasted pear complemented by the subtle earthiness of snow fungus.
The sweetness is perfectly balanced with hints of red dates and goji berries, creating a warm and comforting treat that's both nourishing and satisfying.
A must-try for those who appreciate traditional sweet dessert soups.

绿野仙踪雪花冰
Signature snowflake ice, with sweet milk & nata de coco.
Inside filling of red bean & boba cubes.
Decorate with cute looking cookies & crafted chocolate.
Not bad indeed.

Putu Piring ($2.50 for 4) from Haig Road Putu Piring - now this is a famous one, and I couldn't leave the food centre without having it! Indeed this was probably the best Putu Piring I've had. The flour and gula melaka used was somehow different, it was much more aromatic than others that I've had before. A sweet treat to end the meal! 😍

I got to know them from a pop-up next door. Good! And promo price is worth it.

Red Ruby here is so creamy and flavorful.

The red ruby itself is crunchy and totally goes so well with the generous amount of coconut milk.

We also ordered the unique 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗼𝗮𝗹 𝗟𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲 ($7.30); thumbs up for the latte art too. With a relatively strong body and smooth finish, it was excellent.

The 𝗕𝗿𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗵 𝗧𝗮𝗰𝗼𝘀 piqued our interest. Nestled within the tortilla shells were scrambled eggs, bacon, cheese and tomato salsa, brought together harmoniously by the chipotle honey aioli. The tacos tasted sensational, but $15 for two pieces was rather steep.

The 𝗚𝗿𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗱 𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗰𝗸𝗲𝗻 𝗥𝗼𝘀𝘁𝗶 ($19) caught our attention. The masterfully marinated chicken thigh was perfectly executed and surprisingly went well with the side of mashed avocado. The rosti, however, wasn’t crispy enough for our liking.

Popped by 6 Letter Coffee, a cosy garden-themed cafe along Tanjong Katong Road. Despite it being way past lunch time, the cafe was packed.

Are these the best egg tarts I’ve ever eaten? No. But their crust is something else, easiest one of the flakiest I’ve tasted. Not as sweet as most, for would-be diabetics like me 🤣. And they have a mini size as shown

Located at the basement of KINEX, you could find this gelato kiosk that also selling cakes.

Their Basil Lemon Sorbet was surprisingly very sour yet very refreshing at the same time.
