My go-to pistachio gelato💚💚 This is my fav outlet too the interior is so unique🧱🌿

Tried two other flavours:
🍁Maple Pecan: reminded me of Chinese walnut paste dessert...
🧈Butter Crumble: shortbread in gelato form~

The waffle had a strong buttermilk fragrance which I loveddd🧇 but would be better with some crisp on the edges!

Came here to try their gelato ice cream double scope ($9) and got their strawberry, lychee, salted hojicha & pistachio (+1) flavour

Among all, salted hojicha is my favourite

80% Dark Chocolate French Rose ($5) w Waffles ($7) ($13.20) i just random promised myself to be comeback for their waffles bc last time i went there (quite crowded). I got their chocolate ice cream w waffles. But it's not that bad with a hint of rose aftertaste. I did enjoy their crispy and crunchy waffles after a few tries. But it's not that jelak and just nice for my stomach.

($10) I wanted to try this hidden ice cream shop for a long time. The taste for hojicha was quite milky, creamy and not that strong roasted tea taste whereas osmanthus oolong whiskey was quite milky, creamy and got strong whiskey smell but osmanthus oolong slightly muted by whiskey.

Had the waffle with 3 for price of 2 ice cream scoop ($18).

When thinking about desserts near Tanjong Pagar, @beansfactory.singapore's quality desserts come to my mind right away. Affordable and delicious, they are my go-to dessert whenever I'm around the area!

The Signature Grass Jelly ($7.90) comes with a variety of ingredients, and one of their best ingredients is their chewy dough (not sure what to call them 😂)! They were chewy and flavourful and the different coloured ones actually tasted different! I like how it isn't too sweet, even after adding in the milk and black sugar.

The Matcha Beancurd ($7.90) is another good bowl to get, and once again I loved the matcha dough! It had a good matcha fragrance. The sweet red bean was chunky and paired well with the silky beancurd.

Can't wait to be back to try their other variations!

Signature Grass Jelly with Soya Milk 招牌工𠂆烧仙草 (S$7.90)
Grass jelly topped with taro balls, mini taro balls, and peach gum served with soya milk and brown sugar by the side. Wish there’s some ice in the dessert.

Yam Yam Tau Fu Fah 芋泥豆花 (S$7.20)
Silky smooth bean curd topped with handmade taro paste, served with choice of sugar base which selected bentong ginger syrup.

The flavours here are uniquely interesting and change seasonally. The Pear Mascarpone Honey gelato had a subtle delicate pear fragrance at the first taste, followed by a distinct sweetness from the honey. The 80% Dark Chocolate French Rose was intense with floral notes of the rose. It was a nice balance of bitter and sweet.

I've got to say that Cotta's waffle is the lightest, most airy and crispiest one I've had to date. It is different from others where they have a crispy exterior and fuffy and slightly chewy inside. I could hear the crunch of the waffle.
