We ordered 酸菜魚,酸辣土豆絲 & 辣子雞, totalled up to around $63 SGD! This place has the best 酸菜魚 i’ve ever tasted by far, if anyone has better recommendations please let me know 😋

Their 串串, 蕃茄蛋 and many other food is also really delicious! Highly recommended!!!

Xiao Long Kan Hotpot is one of my go-to whenever I’m craving for mala hotpot!

The 3-flavour pot (奔驰锅) let you dive into three delicious soup bases, including the signature Traditional Spicy Soup (牛油红锅) – a fiery, bubbling cauldron that’s perfect for spice lovers. If you’re not a fan of heat, don’t worry – the tomato and pork bone broths offer a milder, comforting alternative.

They offer a variety of fresh ingredients for hotpot. For those feeling adventurous, dishes like Supreme Thousand-layered Beef Omasum (千层毛肚) and Beef Tripes (鲜毛肚) are also available.

I have to say they have one of the best mala hotpot in Singapore! So save this down if you’re a fan of mala!

preferred the boneless beef short prime rib in soy sauce marinade over the black pork belly. the service was incredible they kept changing our grill and helped us cut the pork belly even tho they were super busy

Very oily and the garlic sucks

But this thing is pure wok hei. Skill of this level is hard to find in Singapore. Texture of the cabbage and the mild fish sauce was good too

Must try

Asked for less spicy

This was delicious. Texture of the brain was good, there's hardly any foul smell, and the spice powder really added to the aroma. Soft tofu at the bottom was well done too

Worth a try, but get this to share, it's pure cholesterol

The tofu is lousy, it's the hard kind without any flavour inside. The sauce was too spicy, flavour was ok

The ckn is pretty avg, but the sauce (it's like dandan noodles, strong sesame paste) was pretty decent

had a mochi-mochi texture but a little bland so best dipped in condensed milk!

my spice tolerance is good but damn this really humbled me LOL

Apart from the dumplings, everything is fantastic. Foodpanda dine in
