(M Size - $4.40) I choose Sakura Konjac Jelly and also opt less ice and no sugar. but at least their winter melon was quite refreshing with sour lemonade. their Sakura konjac was quite chewy and not that hard after a while.

The Spicy Tan Tan Tonkotsu Udon ($12.90) features a rich and savory Tonkotsu broth with spicy sesame paste, minced meat, egg, kelp and udon noodles, drizzled in garlic oil. This is packed with so much flavour and absolutely delicious. Slurped all of this right down to the final drop!

($2.90) It's a fusion of two different flavour between winter melon and barley. But then I felt that got strong refreshing taste and also different taste fusion.

($4) opt out for Ee Mian ($0.50) the soup broth was quite salty tbh but strong aftertaste for chinese wine. The fried fish become harden and not that nice as at least non-fried fish still much better than fried fish.

Had the Pork Udon with egg and rice with assorted tempura (Kakiage & Snow cream croquette).

I like that they provide a few free condiments such as tempura bits & seaweed which you can add to your udon or rice like me to further enhance the meal.

Being in a town area, the food here is affordable which explain the queue outside.

($12.80) previously I didn't able to try it out but in ramen version. But it's much better than previous trip that I have tried it out. But I felt that their udon was quite hard and not that chewy texture in the past that they used have.

($6.50) I choose hashbrown as side dish (got a variety of). I started to like their chicken chop when I choose it as cai fan at level 1. Their pepper grilled chicken taste quite good tbh.

BURRPLE GOT PROMO WHEN ITS ALREADY QUITE AFFORDABLE AS GIFT SET πŸ’―β€ΌοΈ

πŸ’‘: my go-to is their black shoyu ramen ($8.90) πŸ‘ easily cost $15+ at other ramen places!

($5.20) my friend told me that it taste like himalaya salt lol. I felt that it was quite sour aftertaste but I barely taste green tea lol.
