The Royal Chocolate Feuilletine ($10.90) is a 64% dark choco mousse and salted brown butter white choco mousse with crunchy choco feuilletine cookies. It errs on the sweeter side and a slightly prominent sponge centre.
Ever since Paris Baguette removed their Dark Choc Fudge Cake from their menu, I was devastated. It was one of my top fav chocolate dessert.
So they introduced Dark Chocolate Pistachio Cake (10.90), a dark choco mousse with pistachio custard cream and fresh choco cream.

Weekend treat vibes only!
Woah, totally ❤️ these soft, fluffy mini (but honestly not-so-mini) pancakes [a.k.a. min jiang kueh] oozing with crushed peanuts + creamy peanut butter 🥜 as well as sweet grated coconut 🥥. Warm, gooey and so generously filled.
P.S. Yay! The air-con is switched on too. ❄️

Our very first visit to Han N Han Nanyang Coffeehouse ☕️ and we’re already in love with the pancakes [a.k.a. min jiang kueh].
So hard to choose between the delightfully thin, crispy version with peanut butter & crushed peanuts 🥜 or the gorgeously soft, chewy one… honestly, I love them both! 🙌
I couldn’t resist and ended up having 3 of these delicious pancakes right after finishing a bowl of BCM from my favorite stall at Taman Jurong. 😮💨
Will I be back? Absolutely, in a heartbeat. 💓

We loved Han N Han Peanut Pancake place so much that we are back again! One of our top favourite breakfast place!
Instead of trying the crispy meng jeng kueh this time, we tried the non-crispy traditional coconut meng jeng kueh! We got the curry puff again! Super love their crispy buttery curry puff! We thought one curry puff was enough for sharing, but apparently it was not. We went to order another sardine puff! 😉
-Pancake $1.30
-Curry Puff $1.80
-Sardine Puff $1.80

Went to Ji De Chi 2 days ago and ordered their Milo Shaved Ice ($7.60) and their Mango Sticky Rice Roll ($6.60)😇 Overall ratings 9/10! Really liked both desserts but felt like the Mango Roll was a bit pricey😅 Would head back again to try another shaved ice flavour!
- Squid was huge and well-cooked, neither rubbery nor tough.
- Miso sauce was buttery and umami, elevating the dish together with hints of spiciness from the dollops of chilli paste 🤩
- Crab meat and prawns were very fresh with a distinct sweetness, pairing well with homemade cod roe mayo that’s not too salty, I enjoyed it!
- Squid ink pasta was cooked aglio olio style with aromatic garlic.
- Soufflé was super foamy light, melting in my mouth with a crusty cheesy exterior, my fav!
- Tomato rice was creamy, glued with cheese like baked rice 🍅
- Pork loin slices were tender moist with right thickness, well-marinated with shoyu giving a sweet savouriness.
- Loved the silky scrambled egg with hints of cheesy savouriness 🍳
- Japanese rice was flavourful, seasoned in special sauce!
- Cream was not too heavy.
- Appreciated the meaty and lean bacon with generous mushrooms.
- Prominent mushroom flavour though I’d prefer a stronger truffle fragrance.
- Pancakes were eggy and fluffy, contrasting well with the Hokkaido milk ice cream though a bit icy in the middle.
