They're known for a variety of chicken styles. Crunch refers to their fried chicken that's baked. They also have deep-fried chicken and roasted chicken. Yang nyeom is sweet and spicy sauce. This chicken was okay, but a bit gimmicky.

left this place feeling like the fried chicken was very typical (still nice, but nothing special) BUT the kimchi stew… SO SO DELICIOUS and addictive we kept helping ourselves.

🍛Bulgogi Beef Rice Bowl ($9.50)
A hearty main, this beef bowl is wholesome and the beef has a nice meaty taste. The addition of kimchi also elevates the dish as it makes it a little crunchier and salty and sour.

🍢Sotteok Sotteok ($5/2pc)
This consists of fried rice cake and sausages skewered, and coated in honey butter sauce. I really liked the fried rice cake, it was crispy on the outside yet retained its chewy nature. The sausages were a nice flavour contrast to the blander rice cake.

🍯Original Hotteok ($3)
This hotteok was filled with a cinnamon sugar and walnut, plus its fully made by hand in store. Such a great dessert! Its really tasty and not too sweet with a fragrant cinnamon taste.

🍡Tteokbokki ($7)
I love how @krate.sg ‘s tteokbokki comes in fun shapes, making them stand out from other brands. The tteokbokki is chewy and nicely coated by the flavourful sauce.

🍗Korean Fried Chicken ($9.50 / $13.50)
The Korean Fried Chicken is available at $9.50 for 200g (weighed before cooking) and $13.50 for 300g. The flavours are Soy Garlic, Sweet Spicy and Honey Butter. The chicken chunks were juicy and really crispy, and my favourite was the Sweet Spicy for how it nicely blended sweet, salty and spicy tastes into one. It also has a nice kick!

🧇Signature Korean Mochi Kroffles ($3.50/pc, $9/3pc)
We tried the flavours of cinnamon sugar, butterscotch and dark chocolate. I’ve never seen a mochi kroffle before so this was really interesting! The kroffle was buttery and crisp while the mochi was chewy and stretchy, a really delicious and unique dessert.

Love this gem of a dish, the beef rib soup is so rich tasting and filled with lots of vermicelli and beef ribs! (Many places usually miss on the taste of this, so I'm glad to find Yun Ga which has nailed it). Plus, it comes with all the banchan and ice barley tea, which is amazing. Highly recommend the lunch deals here (~$18)

Pretty authentic Korean BBQ restaurant run by a sweet Korean couple who were very welcoming. While the interior of the restaurant is bare and less refined than other established or franchised K-BBQs, the quality of service and range of ingredients makes it well worth the price and experience. This is considering how even on weekends and public holidays, the dinner buffet is still affordably priced at less than $30++ for an adult. You get the usual meats — from pork belly to short rib, as well as marinated ones such as spicy and black pepper marinade. Almost everything you’d expect from a K-BBQ restaurant, you have both cold and hot sides as well — kimchi, japcha, chicken wings, Korean pancakes, and tteobokki. Drinks are an additional charge, but they serve free hot tea at the side, where customers can help themselves. Crowds and the need for reservations attest to Danji’s label of being a crowd favorite, despite being located in the mildly inaccessible Tanjong Katong area. So remember to call early, especially if you want to come as a group!

Danji Korean BBQ is opened by Korean owner serving up great meat buffet to satisfy all the meat lover. Not only that, they also have cooked food, vegetables, fruits and sauce section.😍
With 2 Hours limit of dining time, it was a non-stop cooking and feasting of food. The time was just right for having a pleasantful meal.
The grill plate is huge and the heat is good which means you can cook many item at once without overburning of meat. Cooked pretty fast too.
Their marinated meat were tasty and flavourful. Got chicken, beef, pork, seafood like fish, squid and prawn. Standard vegetables to pair it with meat.
Got to love the free flow cheese, eggs and butter here which was not commonly found in most kbbq.
As for cooked food, the chicken soup was hearty. The Pa Jeon was delicious and not too oily. The bossam pork was fatty and chewy but can be more tender. The ganjang fried chicken were pretty normal.
Overall, tastisfying moment.
