Always can’t resist AJ Delights’ stall smell whenever I pass by 🙃 can grab these freshly baked goodies if you are willing to queue for 8-15 mins (always got snaking queue and bulk ordersss)
While there are a lot of flavours to choose from, I always just have their Double Choc (basic 🐝 lol) - moist, soft, and fluffy

Muffins are baked to perfection, fluffy and soft!
Great choice for every occasion.
I finally got here after perhaps 10 attempts. This muffin was so ordinary haha.
A very good muffin, sorry for the lack of pic.
The texture of the muffin itself was textbook and choc chips were melted well, topping were generous too.
However I don't think it's so impressive that I would queue even after placing a reservation (which seems to be the case)
Got it as a gift so I don’t really know the names and price of the muffins. The lotus muffin was delicious!! The muffin was topped with lotus biscuits and probably some cookie butter, and the more I ate I received the surprise centre filling which was chocolate and more cookie butter! Only downside was the muffin itself was a little dry but the topping and filling made up for it! The green tea muffin was topped with crumble bits which added a good texture and made the muffin look so good.

Great muffins, especially loved the ones with the strussel. Muffins were moist and not too sweet. Wanted to write this review to thank the lady boss who was extremely apologetic and sweet as the muffins were ready for sale later than expected as 2 of her staff were not here. Solid service with very friendly lady boss who was obviously struggling to cope with the load, but never once ventilated at the customers.
Do be prepared to queue if you’re heading down though. You might want to pre order on their web first if you would like to skip the queueing
There’s always a long queue at this stall inside the hawker centre.
I happened to see only three people in the line and decided to try my luck. Even with just three people ahead of me the queue didn’t move fast as everyone ahead of me were ordering in bulk.
Left with mostly chocolate flavours, the muffins are quite big and tasted homely. It’s overall a good muffin but not worth the queue imo.

Love having one of these cute little babies as an afternoon snack, not overly sweet which makes it perfect with a cup of hot coffee!☕ AJ Delights definitely do not scrimp on their ingredients, just by looking at the sheer size of a single muffin which is loaded with toppings!🧁 Especially love their cookies and cream muffins and the streusel series for that crunchy top which gives it a nice, contrasting texture.👏 Very much prefer the flavours with toppings or nuts in them as the plain ones tend to be a bit one dimensional after a while, especially when one muffin is so huge.😅 Also, as they sell out really fast, be sure to preorder them in advance in order to avoid disappointment. Can't wait to try more flavours in the future!!🤤

been wanting to try this for a really long time after seeing all the good reviews and this surely did not disappoint!! the green tea taste was really strong which i loved because i love matcha HEHE it wasn’t bitter and had just the right amount of sweetness. really really loved the of streusel which added a different texture and made the muffin taste even better than it already is. will definitely return to try the other flavours!!!
went down at 1.30pm but there was already a queue 😢after tasting their muffins i can totally understand why they’re so popular. firstly, I LOVE THE STREUSEL TOPPING it added a nice crunch to the muffin and there were nuts mixed into it which was vv fragrant. the muffin was really moist and i really liked that they used real blueberries instead of sugary jams. the fresh blueberries added a slight sour and fruity taste which complements the sweetness of the vanilla muffin. everything went super well together and was not overly sweet!!
Well, muffins is a kinda cake I suppose? These muffins are officially THE BEST in town! What makes these lil’ babies stand out are the streusel topping that comes with more than half of their muffin menu! They’re the good ol’ traditional muffins without streusel bits which tasted great too but GO FOR THE STREUSEL versions!! The toppings were exceptionally crunchy and indulgent. Only the freshest ingredients goes into the batter - with blueberry streusel muffs bursting with blueberries fruit bits in the core! Gooey but a delightful mess. Green Tea Monster is made of matcha with chocolate chips. You can taste matcha fragrance (not flavouring yo) with each bite. It’s so rich! Every single muffin wasn’t overly sweet so I’d say pretty perfect for everyday snack (I wish!) Also tasty were the vanilla streusel and mocha streusel. Other recommendations by the store owner includes double chocolate and hazelnut chocolate! They’re so so so good; it’s no surprise if they run low on variety if you drop by late! Special thanks to my fiancé who joined the queue in the blazing hot sun and humid weather to get these for me!🥰
My colleague bought for us AJ Delights Muffin for a treat I chose the Green Tea Monster ($2.40).
The muffin although does not look appealing, the taste is said otherwise. The muffin is moist and not heaty. It is delicious too. All I can say is never judge a book by its cover.
Streusel Choc - It tasted a little like oats chunks even though it is made of butter, sugar and flour.

I found that they added too much vanilla esssence inside Blueberry Streusel Muffins ($2.60). But it's overall taste for muffins, it's a bit sweet due to blueberry. I think I missed green tea flavour for cupcake but I will order cupcake online next time.
i had the oreo, apple strussel, choc strussel and choc hazelnut. i love the streusel topping that’s has a nice crunch w a touch of sweetness + their sponge base whether choc or vanilla is extremely moist and fluffy!!!! they r really good and defo worth a visit (repeatedly hahaha)
Looking for Halal pastry options? Definitely must buy from AJ Delights! Love each and every flavour of moist, fresh off the oven muffins that will definitely perk u up no matter where you are!
Christmas festive feasting is almost inevitable and I have come to learn to appreciate it better. For yesterday’s Christmas gathering this box of muffins from my Chilay (Chinese - Malay) colleague was my favourite. These sweet (partially because both flavours I had contained strussels); perfectly dense and moist muffins came in assorted flavours. They were excellent that I easily finished one and wanted another; even though a portion of one was filling enough.
Probably the muffins were extra special as a sweet gesture of my good colleague- friend; AJ muffins will now be something I’d have fond memory of.
P.S: pardon the poor photo but I was too shy to make everyone wait for me to photograph the muffins well.
Happened to sit down in front of this muffin stall & thought about buying muffins the whole time I was eating. With the excuse of celebrating my dad's birthday, I decided to buy some.
Everyone who tucked in (this in essence was his birthday cake, so we all shared lol) loved these very much. They aren't exactly expensive either, being quite sizeable & high quality. Fairly moist without being mushy, & the tops are a little bit crusty, which I love.
