It's quite hard to cut thru bc scone was quite hard in nature and complemented well with tea.

My sister decided to try seasonal cake from mother dough bakery. But the taste was quite savoury but interesting enough to let me think that the cake look quite sweet tbh. But the chocolate cream complemented with cheesecake ah. Overall, it's worth it to try their bakes and seasonal dessert for a while.

Lastly, I definitely don’t want to miss trying some classic type of pastry like this Pain Au Chocolat.

Generous chocolate filling inside the pastry.

I spotted this already when I’m still queuing, partly because of each interest colour of charcoal bread.

So decided to grab this as well. Funnily the texture was harder to bite than I would expected. But I like it actually. Especially when eating it with the generous cheese at the center.

Along the busy Bussorah Street, you would find a queue in front of this shop.

Mixture of tourists and locals, all of them are here anticipating to get a share for some of the excellent pastries from this shop.

There’s was so many options of pastries displaying on their shelf that I couldn’t make my choice immediately.

All of them just looking so exciting! But well my tummy and wallet is limited unfortunately.

First on my grabbing item, this Cranberry Cream Cheese Bagel has a very firm texture but not hard at all.

($5.90) the crossiant was quite crispy, crunchy, flakiness and also dark chocolate was quite not that thick but bring a bit of bitter taste tbh.

($6.20) the crossiant was quite crispy, crunchy, flakiness and also hot dog was quite nice tbh.

($6.20) My sister went towards closing time for bakery shop and hence they only left for almond croissant for that timing. So the taste for almond croissant was quite a bit sweet for me. I think that we went back the following week for getting more bakes from the shop again.

($10) I ordered Hojicha w toasted sesame seeds + Cookie Butter Crunch (premium - $1) I literally returned back for their ice cream after 2 years ago? but then my sister suggested to go back for other ice cream flavour and especially her favourite flavour - soursop mint. This round of time, I decided to order two different flavour instead of usual ones. hmmm cookie butter crunch was quite good tbh and savoury taste but also hojicha w toasted black sesame is something that I wanted to try this previously but they didn't come back for a while. But it's kinda weird that hojicha didn't mixed well toasted black sesame tbh. I did managed to taste black sesame towards the end.

Dine in requires one drink per pax. Ew

Crunchy but hard, filled w mascarpone but no coffee taste at all, just chocolate.

They removed their injeolmi cube, which is rlly the point of coming here

- Not too sweet and the hot dessert paired well with the ice cream that’s quite creamy, though it’d be better if it’s coconut-flavoured🍦
- Rice was slightly nutty chewy, completely covered in coconut milk which was very fragrant! [8/10]

- Thick velvety texture with chunks of yam that melted in my mouth 🤤
- Less starchy than other dessert spots I’ve tried with a more distinct natural sweetness!
- Hints of shallot oil flavour and warm milk added a rich creaminess 🥛
- Very generous with ginkgo nuts. [9/10]
