A dessert that needs no introduction, but I’m gonna do it anyway — the infamous berry tart from Burnt Ends.

It’s truly one of the best desserts I’ve had. The mixture of blueberries and raspberries creates a very delicate balance of sweetness and tartness that is rounded of by the nutty flavour of the almond flour base. Not pictured is the accompanying vanilla chantilly cream that goes beautifully with the tart. The texture throughout and of the crust hold well yet crumble nicely only upon eating it.

It's impossible to get seats at this @theworlds50best mainstay. So takeaways allowing me to try this 𝗦𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗿 𝗕𝘂𝗿𝗴𝗲𝗿 ($20) was a silver lining in the bleak pandemic clouds.
Set across black backing, the vivacious slaw bloomed like fireworks in the night sky. Likewise the burger illuminated the crevices of my palate with hearty flavours — a voluminous star radiating well-spiced flavours from its succulent pulled pork core.
Cloud-like buns along with notes of spicy chipotle aioli, sharp cheddar and slaw piquancy rounded up its profile. Hardly complex but the earnest heartiness was a welcome beacon of warmth amongst dark skies ahead.

These glazed brioche rolls are almost palm-sized each and contains cinnamon, walnuts, black raisins and a lemon syrup glaze. Perfect pairing with a cup of coffee or tea as a tea time snack. Besides the crack buns, another highly recommended and you-need-to-snatch-them item are the brioche doughnuts that comes in a box of 6 or 13 ($24/$52). Just imagine a thick and chewy dough that’s deep fried, pumped in with copious amount of Nutella or passionfruit curd before dusted with white sugar. Yes, I am not denying that it’s unhealthy as this is really a sweet treat, but we all need some form of sweetness in our lives now and you can have it with these doughnuts. I was told by several friends to finish them on the first day as it is as fresh as they can get, and not to leave it till the second day. However, that concern was literally quashed as both the Nutella and passionfruit curd doughnuts were so good that you can literally devour them like how Homer Simpsons eats his doughnuts.

Do note that production of these bakes is so limited that there is only a specific supply each day. Hence, your best bet would be to camp every night (I got mine when I refreshed the page at 11:00pm) at the page link below for the next available slot, and they only do takeaways or you have to arrange your own delivery.

Because I had a good experience when dine there, plus They have delivery service, and I no need to book 3 months in advance.
The food came with instruction how to preheat the protein before consuming it.
To be honest, it's not as good as we dine there, even after I followed the instructions.
All The meat (from 3 pax) were tender but lost the char taste. And my fav narrow bun is very dry with small amount of filling. The only main that I enjoyed is the burger. the bun still soft, with generous fillings of marinated pull.
I guess I still need to book 3 months in advance once #circuitbreaker end.
To place order, can visit this link Minimum order is $150, and delivery fee to my house (north) is $10.7.

The flatbread was very crispy even after the journey, but the taramasalata here was very plain. The greens couldn't be tasted as well. Truthfully I feel if it was replaced with mayo I wouldn't taste the difference. Everyone else had a good experience with the creamy roe tho so I'm pretty sure it's a one-off.

Pork isn't those that is slathered in a strong dark sauce, rather, it's kept quite "plain". Delicious and well-executed, and rather worth it for its price. Don't expect anything life-changing and you're good to go
