Ordered their seasalt caramel chocolate cake. Was nice, very nice in fact. Cake was super fudgy and who don't like a sweet and savoury concoction...

Lastly, I definitely don’t want to miss trying some classic type of pastry like this Pain Au Chocolat.

Generous chocolate filling inside the pastry.

I spotted this already when I’m still queuing, partly because of each interest colour of charcoal bread.

So decided to grab this as well. Funnily the texture was harder to bite than I would expected. But I like it actually. Especially when eating it with the generous cheese at the center.

Along the busy Bussorah Street, you would find a queue in front of this shop.

Mixture of tourists and locals, all of them are here anticipating to get a share for some of the excellent pastries from this shop.

There’s was so many options of pastries displaying on their shelf that I couldn’t make my choice immediately.

All of them just looking so exciting! But well my tummy and wallet is limited unfortunately.

First on my grabbing item, this Cranberry Cream Cheese Bagel has a very firm texture but not hard at all.

Good chocolate inside, the outside is crispy(only the outermost thin layer) and the pastry has some chew.

Not bad

It's not just the layer of choc outside, there's also choc chips inside.

However it doesn't taste very much like Madeleines anymore more like choc cake. Decent but not impressive

The lingonberry cream was pretty decent, berry taste was not v strong. It's piped on top of lingonberry jam and the bottom layer is a custard that's hardly sweet and there's some flavour to it, might be funk

The bread is dense so overall it's not really my thing but is decent.

I wouldn't recommend it particularly, it's only slightly novel

As good as the orh nee ones. Which is high enough praise

They are good.

Yam paste was decent enough, the Gingko was perfectly chewy and the pastry was buttery and crumbly, but not overly so.

Good execution, but they're not worth specially travelling for because let's be honest how mind-blowing can these things get. Nor is it worth the hassle scrambling for on weekends

If you're nearby on a weekday, it's worth dropping by
