Juicy sausage paired with a golden-brown rösti, topped with a sunny side up for extra richness. The mushroom sauce adds depth, while the sour cream keeps things light and refreshing. A crispier rösti would’ve made it even better but still a cozy and comforting meal 》$9.90
Tender, well-seared chicken smothered in a bold black pepper sauce that packs heat without overpowering. Crispy fries add crunch, while the buttery, fragrant rice balances out the spice. Generous portions at a budget-friendly price 》$9.30
Chashu Donburi was pretty good, though the portion was quite small. There's also a portion of egg salad which was rich and delicious. The set comes with iced green tea which was a little sweet but helped to wash down the meal. They have free flow pickles and spicy preserved vege. Nice environment for a solo meal but the space is a little cramped.
The bkt is ofc as good as ever
Can't rmb if I've reviewed their pigtail before, but it's reasonably tender. They cook it to the same texture as the pig trotters, not the melt in your mouth kind but more than tender enough. On the plain side tho, as the pork ribs tend to be as well
It's almost funny how close the flavour is to the canned versions. However given it's freshly cooked the texture is better
Having it again, I'd say the texture is still good for what it is, but I don't think the flavour is so impressive. Is their slightly herbal sauce, only drizzled over so it's abit mild
This was pretty good. A sweet style braise which wasnt too sweet at all, with minor herbal notes like their soup, which is different from the ubiquitous herbal style that has a strong sweet aftertaste. On top of that, there's a bit of heat
Quite tender too
Good ver
This no-name stall has been serving since before 1998, and has since come to be known by its location. Queues tend to stretch up to 40 minutes.

Their rendition features a vibrant piping hot broth, rich with coconut milk, fermented dried shrimp, laksa leaves, and other spices. Carries lovely savoury milky spicy flavour.
.
The long smooth rice vermicelli noodles are chewy with mild grainy sweet flavour, and the fiery chunky sambal belachan lends a savoury salty spicy kick.
.
Garnished with crisp bean sprouts with vegetal sweet flavour, springy fish cake with savoury salty flavour, spongy tofu puffs with grainy savoury spicy flavour, bouncy hard boiled egg with eggy sweet flavour, and juicy plump blood cockles with mineral salty briny flavour.
.
Uniquely, they also add strips of crab stick surimi, soft with mild sweet savoury notes.

There was still a little bit of smell but it's very reasonable already. It's got the softest chew, the texture is seriously impressive
Worth a try

1-for-1 Shoyu Ajitama (S$7.50)
Had quite an issue when trying to redeem the Burpple beyond deal in this outlet. Seen like they never had customers redeeming it before. Plus difficulty in finding this item on the menu.
Don’t forget to help yourself to pickles at the counter.
