Still tastes like a atas big Mac or sth, it's quite good, very satisfying and well balanced

The edges were good, super complex but it only lasts awhile. The centre wasn't very crisp or complex and is quite dry from the sticky cheese, which is quite funny

If you must get this, get extra onions to balance out the dryness.

Dining is only wed to sun. Google hours are retail hours

They still have the jeju pound cake on days they're open for dining. No more pulled pork burger though

Skirt & Dirt serves some very awesome westerns here at Tiong Bahru Hawker, and sometimes, they come up with new limited time menu items and back in December 2023, they served up a fantastic Hawaiian Chicken Chop, with Ham, cheese and pineapple and layered with tomato sauce, like having a chicken Chop pizza.

This is the fattier patty, it tastes like a big Mac on steroids. Very good as well

Idk if it's good enough to warrant a trip to this uluness, but if you do make your way, you will be greeted by very satisfying burgers. But idk if u should expect the best and then disappoint yourself potentially

There's a strong caramelisation, and with that comes some crunchy parts. The pickles were nicely perceptible too.

Really good, despite it being the lean type of patty, it was satisfying from the superior caramelisation, leagues above most normal burger places

Now I know why ppl rave. It's super thick in texture but not v viscous when it melts, so not overly creamy. The malt flavour was incredibly strong

Didn’t have much expectation but truly amazed at how good this was! Juicy scrumptious beef plus tasty mayo sauce. Size could be a bit bigger but that’s what all hungry hippos say 😜. Paprika sprinkled fries was fantastic too & a nice small size so you don’t get jelat

BurgerLabo used to be located at Gillman Barrack, before they moved into their former concept, 2280 Burger here at Henderson.

But their affordable 2280 burger remains on the menu. Grass-fed Aberdeen Angus patty, grilled a la plancha. Topped with pickled red onions, American cheese, beef garum & house-made shio kombu burger sauce. Sandwiched in a buttered bun.

Yes, it sounds pretty delicious by looking at what the ingredients in the burger. Recommend to go with double patties. They cooked the patties to medium for food safety standards.

Complete your meal with their fries in either salty or truffle taste.

A truly unique creation, the cheese was crispy and shiok.

The beef was juicy and flavourful.

Overall damn good. Really love the beef patties here at Skirt & Dirt.

Their Beef burgers here always damn good, the patties are always so juicy and flavourful.
