Dark chocolate gelato blended with bourbon
.
Full of chocolate flavour, with a subtle alcohol undertone.

It had the flavour of brown butter gelato, and the bits and pieces of French croissant were wonderfully buttery

If you have not heard of YY Kafei Dian, then I will recommend you try out their kaya butter toast that they make in house and if you are lucky you will be able to order their sugared doughnuts which is unlike your neighbourhood kind. The doughnut has a nice bite to it, and it is neither dry nor dense. The sugar coating gives it a nice sweet finish but it’s all about the texture. The wifey also loves the claypot ee-mian while it’s the first time for me to try their dry hor fun which is at best decent.

have seen a lot of people raving about this! it's defo a good liusharbao but maybe i had too high expectations...? wasnt that impressive

the best kind of lemon tea. no concentrate, just black tea with a slice of lemon🍋

Went to Jyu Gae Bistro a few days ago and ordered Taiwanese Ham & Cheese Egg Crepe ($9.90), Taiwanese Salt and Pepper Popcorn Chicken ($9.90), Mentaiko Sweet Potato Fries ($10.90), Truffle Fried Shrimp Balls (~$15), Pan-Seared Teriyaki Unagi ($15.90), Signature Stir Fried Carrot Cake with Radish (~$12), Caramel Milk Tea ($6), Kazo 3 pcs Cream Puffs(Matcha, Chocolate, Original)!😇

Overall ratings 9.5/10! Food is affordable and good, live bands after 8pm, ambience was pretty good, and staff were nice😍 Highly recommend their Crepe, Popcorn Chicken, and Shrimp Balls😋 Only downside was the Carrot Cake😅 Would definitely head back again!

($5.80) The sauce for bibimbap was quite ok but not that spicy. The meats (pork) was not bad. But their side soup was quite weird tbh.

(Iced - $6.50) I did enjoyed their matcha latte as not that sweet taste but still got bitter taste for it.

(Hot - $8.50) I wanted to try it out since I have tried their matcha and hojicha latte previously. But their ceremonial matcha got me next level. The capacity is not filled but I think that adding too much water cause tea not too strong flavour and diluted.

Happened to be in the area for lunch and decided to pop by and try out Kurasu’s matcha latte again (since I couldn’t remember much about it – last I had it was a few years ago).

Got their Iced Matcha Latte to go, paid $7.50 for this. Was honestly quite disappointed with this on the first sip because the matcha latte tasted overly sweet. While the consistency of the drink is smooth, I could hardly taste the matcha. The size of the drink is also pretty small and not really worth $7.50 given the quality of the matcha.

($11.90 ++) remind me of KFC lmao but their curry sauce was quite so good tbh :") taste like beef aftertaste. The crispy chicken was quite crispy and crunchy for their batter skin but their chicken was slightly hard. But the overall curry sauce was quite addicting to dip and eat with it.
